I was a little nervous about coming into a car dealer and being "hounded" by a salesperson. We had already been to a few that morning and they each had plenty to say, but knew little about the car that I was being "hounded" by a salesperson. We had already been to a few that morning and they each had plenty to say, but knew little about the car that I was looking at. That's where I found the biggest difference at Bradshaw. Keri met me out at the car and knew so much about the perks and differences of the ones that I was looking at. She was so nice and listened to my questions and answered them patiently and ran to find out information when she didn't know the answer. I appreciate that she didn't just answer off the top of her head like many do, but said honestly "You know, I don't know, but I will go and find out!" She was so cheerful and I felt like I made a friend as well as bought a car that day! Zach was great to work with too and I felt like he had our best interest in mind, which is opposite of so many dealers. Everything on the sales side was really fast and smooth. Ed made everything easy and understandable and out in the open when it came time to signing the papers. He knew what he was doing and was really assuring when I had concerns. I've already told everyone who compliments my new car that Bradshaw was a great experience--I hope more people get to see the difference that I saw! More

I walked in to inquire about a vehicle I saw online to replace my 2004 Tahoe. I was introduced to Craig Collins who is by far one of the friendliest salesmen I've ever met. I didn't feel pressured in any replace my 2004 Tahoe. I was introduced to Craig Collins who is by far one of the friendliest salesmen I've ever met. I didn't feel pressured in any way and along with Ed Donald, I was driving my new Tahoe the very next morning. A quick visit to the parts department for a new keyless remote made me believe this dealership really cares about their customers. More

The Salesman was a very nice man, no pressure and it is obvious that he is simply a good man. He helped my wife and I with our selection, made sure we were comfortable with what we picked, and went above obvious that he is simply a good man. He helped my wife and I with our selection, made sure we were comfortable with what we picked, and went above and beyond to make sure to do whatever he needed to to the car to satisfy us. There was no pressure to finance through them, but they offered to help us to find as good or better financing than what our credit union had approved us for. The finance manager was super nice and he made a few calls to the bank we chose to work with to get the interest rate lowered. The salesman was Craig Collins and the Finance manager was Ed Donald. These are two of the nicesest people you will ever meet. They are obviously there to make money, but you couldn't tell it by working with them; you'd think they were just there to serve you. The dealership is very nice also. I hadn't been there in years but they have really built a modern, high quality, convinient, customer friendly place. I have bought many cars over the years, but from here on out I will try to do business with Bradshaw first. More

I had been looking for a Cadillac SRX for some time. I found the one at Bradshaw Automotive late Friday night. I sent in the online inquiry and got a reply early Saturday morning from Earl Wirgau. We made found the one at Bradshaw Automotive late Friday night. I sent in the online inquiry and got a reply early Saturday morning from Earl Wirgau. We made the deal basically inn 3 hours via E-mail, text photos and phone calls. I had told Earl I HATE BUYING A CAR AND WANTED IT TO BE PAINLESS. We were 2 hours away so I did not want to waste a trip. As we left home it started snowing! I called Earl and he said come on down they would wait. after wrecks bypassed in I-85 and at 5pm we got there. Earl and Ed had all the paperwork ready to sign and got us on our way in 45 minutes!. One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I HAVE EVER HAD! This Dealership is first class and I will definitely drive 2 hours to buy another automobile from them. Thanks Guys for your caring and service!! PS Earl even gave me a follow up call on Monday to tell me he had ordered a missing trim piece and to make sure everything was ok with the SRX. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! AFTER TOTALLING MY VEHICAL, (THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED AT BRADSHAW) WE NEEDED A NEW CAR QUICK. AFTER MULTIPLE PROMISES THAT WE COUL DEALERSHIP!!! AFTER TOTALLING MY VEHICAL, (THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED AT BRADSHAW) WE NEEDED A NEW CAR QUICK. AFTER MULTIPLE PROMISES THAT WE COULD TEST DRIVE OVERNIGHT (ALSO OVER THE WKEND), AND EVEN DELIVER THE CAR TO US BECAUSE WE DIDNT HAVE A WAY TO THE DEALERSHIP, THE SALES ASSOCIATE FAILED MISERABLY TO DELIVER. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO EVEN GET A CALL BACK ONCE MESSAGES HAD BEEN LEFT REGARDING SETTING UP THE TEST DRIVE. OH AND BY THE WAY, I SHOULD HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON AFTER THE FIRST GO ROUND WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. AFTER SALES HAD PROMISED ALL THE TOUCH UPS AND MINOR REPAIRS TO THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE FIRST VEHICAL PURCHASED THERE, THEY ALSO FAILED TO DELIVER ON THAT AS WELL. MY FIVE YEAR OLD COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB ON PAINT TOUCH UP THAN THESE GUYS. SIMPLY AWFUL. BE AWARE OF ANY "GOOD FAITH" REPAIRS THEY MAY PROMISE. NOW I AM STRUGGLING TO GET A PRO-RATED CHECK BACK ON THE WARRANTY I PURCHASED SINCE I NO LONGER OWN THE VEHICAL. WHICH FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DONT KNOW, THE DEALERSHIP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR. The guys at Bradshaw made the experience of buying our car not so scary as we anticipated. Earl worked hard to find the specific car we wanted.
