I was looking for a certain used truck which became available at Lester Glenn Chrysler. We had found a few others to look at but my wife and I decided to stop here first. Were glad we did. We walked in and met Steve Regan and we had a great experience. From the first minute we entered till we left it was wonderful. We also worked with Ed Fiorvante , manager and Brian Reeves, finance and each of them were great to work with. We never felt pressured and Steve worked to get us the deal we all were happy with. . Outstanding Service Morley & Fiorvante Good VAlue! John Morley's service is second to none. I had both my kids with me. My son spilled water all over his desk. He never missed a beat. From the moment we sat down it was about our needs first. We were credit challenged due to a chapter 13. My income is 100% commission. I was able to acquire a Nissan Altima With a little over 5,000 miles. Their Service and hospitality goes beyond the sale. They stand behind their product. We had a snow storm the day after we purchased the car. The emergency brake light was triggered. The next day they lent us a car and checked to see if they missed anything. No charge. We went to the gas station a week later. The door to the gas tank has a wire that secures the door from flying open. Our attendant somehow held the wire while closing the tank. It jammed. Again they fixed the problem No Charge. I can not rave enough about John, his sales manager ED Fiorvante. Give these guys a chance, you will not be disappointed! More

Pretty much everything i wanted and was looking for The sale rep and manager where very nice and patient and tried to help as much as they could to get me what i wanted in price and vehicle only thing i The sale rep and manager where very nice and patient and tried to help as much as they could to get me what i wanted in price and vehicle only thing i think i was slightly unhappy with is that i think the price could of been dropped a little lower only because of other jeeps i had found online at other dealerships a little further away same year less miles but minus a few small things that they didn't have that the one i walked away with does but just the miles alone on the other ones being more then half the amount less then the jeep i bought and they where going for 27000 to 28000 which if i could of got it for that price range i would of been 100% satisfied. Overall though i am very happy with the vehicle its truly everything i wanted in a jeep just wish the price was a tad bit lower that's all. Also there is a slight problem with the clip on the plastic cover in the center console which Louis Cerrato the sales rep got me set up and gave me everything i needed to get the jeep in to have that replaced within 10 minutes of walking through the door today to stop by and show them the problem so i am extremely satisfied with that thank you very much. Overall excellent experience and very kind and caring employees just the price lol i cant let that go but wouldn't stop me from sending people i know to the dealer ship or doing business again thank you all very much More

I was driving by and stopped at the property to do some "window" shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee but found the experience so friendly, informative, and upfront, that I felt comfortable enough to purchase a vehicle. I worked with three employees who expedited my purchase efficiently and professionally. Salesman Steve Regan, who is "customer friendly", handled the vehicle selection process smoothly. He listened attentively and assisted in recognizing my needs. Sales Mgr Ed Fiorvante presented the deal in a low-keyed, no pressure, professional manner. Brian Reeses moved me through the paperwork in a smooth easy to understand, thorough manner. Together this "team" made the purchase enjoyable and pleasurable for me. I was able to trade in my car and leave that day driving a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. A "great" day for me and a tribute to this quality Lester Glenn team. More

I'm very happy with my new Dodge I pulled in to Lester Glenn Dodge, and I was only looking at new trucks. when John Morley approached me, and my wife, he asked us if we were looking f I pulled in to Lester Glenn Dodge, and I was only looking at new trucks. when John Morley approached me, and my wife, he asked us if we were looking for something in particular as we walked around the lot. John said let me get a set of keys, and we will take a test drive, then we can talk about what we were looking for, and what was it's purpose. the test drive went well, John showed me a 1500 Express 4x4, and i loved it. we went in side and talked, while my wife went home to get my 2005 dodge 1500 pick up we were trading in. next thing I know we were singing the papers, and it started to snow, and perfect timing I was able to drive home, and try out the 4 wheel drive. We made home okay. and we are very happy with our new Dodge Ram. Thank you John & Lester Glenn. More
