Mike greeted me at the door the first time I walked in. Told him that I need to get rid of the Jeep because I needed more space because I have 2 kids which means 2 car seats that take up a lot of space. I needed a minivan he showed me one I ok but I want auto start and heated seats if it was going to be leather. I was trying to make a deal with Ed & could not come to a price understanding so I left. I received a phone call about 5 days later to see if I would come back in. I came back early in the morning, so early Mike wasn't even there so Greg & Ed helped me until Mike got there. Ed found the perfect minivan which was a pre-owned & it had the extras the new one didn't that I wanted which Ed didn't know. The pre-owned which only on the lot for 6 days. Nice find Ed! The way a car buying experience should be!! My wife and I went to the dealership looking to trade in our Acadia. Within minutes Ed had us a Grand Cherokee and Kyle was buckled up in the backsea My wife and I went to the dealership looking to trade in our Acadia. Within minutes Ed had us a Grand Cherokee and Kyle was buckled up in the backseat between my two boys. In between picking up pokemon figures and talking about cartoons from the 90's, Kyle explained every detail about the vehicle in and out. His knowledge of the vehicle was truly amazing. We spent a little more than two hours in the dealership and while Ed and Darren did the financial piece, Kyle whipped through the signature paperwork...again between throwing out goldfish and finding Kleenex for my little guy!! The whole experience was amazing as usual and as for Kyle...personally I would recommend anybody request him as their sales person!!! The whole team was awesome...as usual it's just like dealing with family!! Ed and Kyle we cannot thank you enough for getting my wife out of the mindset that she wanted to keep her Acadia forever!!!
