Overall excellent experience with LesterGlen and Michael S. Not having purchased a new car in ten years I wasn't sure what to expect when shopping for my Jeep Cherokee. After experiencing two prior dealerships Not having purchased a new car in ten years I wasn't sure what to expect when shopping for my Jeep Cherokee. After experiencing two prior dealerships who were pushy and quick to "make a deal" my excitement had turned to uncertainty. That all changed once I went to Lester Glen and encountered Michael Sandella and the Lester Glen family. After a few test drives with Mike, I had chosen my new car within an hour. Michael was pleasant, funny and informative. Not only did he stay after closing so that I was able to take my Jeep home that night, but he hopped into the car with me to make sure I was comfortable with learning all of its settings from music to temperature controls. I left the dealership that night feeling as if I made a new friend. Thank you Michael, Ed and Brian for making my car buying experience fun and exciting! I look forward to doing business with the Lester Glen family in the future!! More

My experience My initial experience with Lester Glenn was pure frustration and disappointment. The intent of my visit was to have my 2002 Jeep Liberty serviced an My initial experience with Lester Glenn was pure frustration and disappointment. The intent of my visit was to have my 2002 Jeep Liberty serviced and the diagnosis was a fuel emissions leak. I understood that specific work needed to be done on my vehicle in order for the check engine light to be turned off. I also understood that the dealership was waiting for a specific part for my vehicle so the leak could be fixed but my frustration was beyond that. I was upset with the fact that my Jeep Liberty was sitting at Lester Glenn for about 2 months because the part needed still was not in. Not only that but the release date for the part kept changing pushing back the date in which I would get my vehicle back. After making plenty of phone calls and speaking to multiple people, I received the same response; there's nothing the company could do. I find it extremely hard to believe that a company as substantial as Lester Glenn could do nothing to help my situation. It was a major inconvenience not having a vehicle or means of transportation for such a long period of time considering I have multiple jobs. If it wasn't for your employee Louis Cerrato I would have had a huge issue with my situation. I received a phone call from Mr. Cerrato a few days before Thanksgiving asking if I was willing to trade in my Jeep Liberty for something else. I was so upset and angry I straight up and said no but a few days later I gave Mr. Cerrato a call back to see what he had to say. I explained my scenario and reluctance to get a new vehicle from a company that wouldn't even give me a loaner car to get to and from work. Mr. Cerrato was so understanding and told me he would figure something out for me. Shortly there after he found me a vehicle that he said I would be happy with and relieve me of the headache I was dealing with due to my Liberty. The next day I took a trip back to Lester Glenn with my parents and that afternoon I drove home my new pre-owned 2012 Jeep Compass. Mr. Cerrato and his team did an excellent job finding me the perfect vehicle. They worked with me and my budget so that the vehicle they had picked out was within my price range, something I was comfortable driving in as well as a vehicle I was happy going home with. I am not happy with the inconvenience I was put in but I am happy with my overall experience at Lester Glenn. Mr. Cerrato did an exceptional job of satisfying another customer. More
