I will admit, I am known to be a research e Thanks to the INCREDIBLE team at Lester Glenn, I am now the owner of my dream car - a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I will admit, I am known to be a research expert and began preparing myself for the car shopping experience months in advance. Weeks prior to my lease ending, I conducted what some may call "extreme research" and created a spreadsheet which included dealerships, contact information, car models, MSRPs, E-Prices, Stock numbers, etc. You name it and it was probably on the spreadsheet. Now some may call this a bit much, but this was my first time going car shopping on my own and without the guidance of anyone. After weeks of updating the list on a daily basis based on inventory and conversations I had with different associates at each dealership listed, I began to quickly narrow down my list of options. The week finally arrived in which I was allowing myself to actually shop and not just test drive. I had three dealerships in mind and found myself torn on which one to visit first. I ultimately based my decisions on the prices that were previously provided via phone calls and emails and the quality of customer service I had already received from each dealership. Lester Glenn took the #1 spot of the 3 simply because Brandon, whom I was in contact with via email, was extremely attentive, timely and professional. Even though I work in Brooklyn, I found the 2.5 hour commute 100% worth it. The first night I went to the dealership, I was instantly greeted by Kyle Harrison. Within 5 seconds of speaking to each other, he made me feel comfortable and calm. Unlike the typical sleazy car salesman that tries to rip you off in any way, shape or form, Kyle was completely honest and transparent from the beginning. Upon our conversation, I showed Kyle the printed version of my spreadsheet and told him exactly what vehicles I wanted to test drive and look at. As he looked at my ridiculous list, he was not only entertained but knew I had done as much research as possible and respected my take on the process. Since I was torn between the Grand Cherokee and the Wrangler Unlimited, we discussed the different features and which vehicle ultimately fit my lifestyle and commute. We went out and looked at the Grand Cherokees that I had on the list, decided on a color and took one out for a test drive. Now, I had already test driven one just a few days prior, unfortunately it was with some kid (I say that because he did look younger than me) who only explained how the AC and radio buttons worked - because apparently that's rocket science. Before taking the car out, Kyle promised he would at least teach me 1 new thing about the GC. Once our test drive was over, he made me see the car in a totally different light and taught me so much! Once we were back at the dealership, we began to run numbers because I knew in my mind that the car the we had just test driven was the one for me. Mind you it was already past 8:30pm at this point. Kyle and his managers when ahead with the process to contact the banks they work with, but were only able to get in touch with 1 being that it was so late. After a few more attempts, Kyle and his manager came back to me and were completely honest and transparent and let me know that it wouldn't be fair to me to just base the offer off of one bank. I'll admit, I was a little heart broken because I wanted to drive back North with my new car, but I appreciated their honesty. We agreed that the next morning they would call all their banks so that I could head back down the next night with good news. Well, that's exactly what happened. The next day after work, I went straight from Brooklyn to Toms River (again) to see what the final verdict was. 15 minutes after arriving, I was signing papers to my new Grand Cherokee. If you want a hassle free and relaxed process with the absolute best customer service, you have to go to Lester Glenn. Their team treats you with respect, speaks to you like family and does everything possible to make you happy and have you drive away with your dream car. Trust me the drive is worth it!!!!! They absolutely take the hassle out of car buying and for once made it fun to buy a car. Going into Lester glenn not knowing what I wanted to test drive, Kyle Harrison made it so easy to choose what we wanted just by listening to what we needed from a vehicle. I drove off the lot in the first Jeep we test drove. From the sales team to the play area and popcorn Lester Glenn is unbelievably accommodating. Thank you to everyone for being so friendly and making our experience one to remember. More

"Excellent" I purchase many vehicles for my business and many of the dealer ships that I have delt with in the past have been less than honorable. Lester Glenn wa I purchase many vehicles for my business and many of the dealer ships that I have delt with in the past have been less than honorable. Lester Glenn was a totally different experience. All of the people that I delt with were pleasant and professional. My salesman Michael Sandella was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He stayed with me through the whole process instead of rushing off to the next client. I was able to leave with my new car the same day instead of waiting 3 - 4 days. I will definitely use this dealership again. More

2015 jeep grand cherokee altitude I went in just looking and the model i had was very hard to come by. they explained they had some coming for delivery. Steve Regan checked every day and waited for a lease program, I was the first person on his list he called. We all know buying a car is long process they even gave my boyfriend and I a sandwich because we missed dinner. I even got to ring the bell!!! Thank you Lester Glenn Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram!!! 2nd Experience and excellent as ever! I leased a Jeep Wrangler through this very dealership 3 years ago to the day. My first experience was incredible and I was hoping for another. I wal I leased a Jeep Wrangler through this very dealership 3 years ago to the day. My first experience was incredible and I was hoping for another. I walked in today confused as ever....do I continue on with a Jeep or go in another direction? I knew I wanted something more cost effective and more affordable to me, as I work in education. I walked in and was immediately met with 2 smiling faces...Kyle Harrison and an associate in training, Greg Merritt. Both were as welcoming as can be. I sat down and explained my situation and they both listened with patience. An indecisive woman can be a bit much to handle but they handled it like pros! Kyle suggested 2 similar vehicles to the Wrangler that he thought I might like (the Patriot and the Compass) and might be more gas efficient and closer to the price range I wanted. We test drove the Patriot while they continued to listen to me ramble about my pros/cons of what I wanted vs what I should do. We got back to the lot and I was still confused as ever, not really knowing if I wanted to go in the direction of an SUV, back to the Wrangler or move in the direction of a sedan. Kyle then suggested looking at the Chrysler 200 limited, a car I knew absolutely nothing about and have never seen. I liked the look of it and test drove it immediately and fell in love. Now the question was could I afford it? We talked numbers and I was persistent with where I wanted to be and what I wanted to pay. I wanted to spend some time researching the car (since I knew nothing about it) and before I could blink Greg came over with a ton of information with reviews and comparisons to cars likewise. He shut me up quickly!!! Then with some patient negotiating, respect and a complete professional attitude by everyone....a deal was made within an hour or 2. I drove off the lot in my brand new 2015 Chrysler 200 limited and never could have imagined my day ending like this. Kyle was incredible from start to finish, Greg was awesome and Ed was extremely patient with my negotiating. Brian handled the paperwork with ease and made it as painless as it can possibly be. Lester Glenn is a top notch dealership and I will continue to do business with them and continue to refer anyone and everyone I know! Thank you :) More

A truly great experience! My husband and I have dealt with many many dealerships over the years, and Lester Glenn, by far, has been the most pleasant to deal with. He was pleasant and far from pushy. (As I feel most salesmen are.) We then met with Ed Fiorvante to discuss the details of our deal. He gave us very good advice regarding how we should use our buying power. When it was all done, we met with Brian who moved us through the financial aspect of the deal without any issues. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. I would highly recommend buying any type of vehicle from this dealership. More
