After entering the showroom and browsing interestingly at a Durango, we were g Our thought was to "stop by" Lester Glenn to look at a Durango or Jeep. After entering the showroom and browsing interestingly at a Durango, we were greeted by Steve Cohen. Steve pointed out some features on the Durango, then asked a few questions. Before we knew it we were out in the lot looking at a Jeep Summit, then test driving it! Since we were "just looking" we expressed our interest to Steve and that we might return the next day to talk further. We did go back the following day still unsure as to whether or not we would buy the Jeep. Steve was prepared with everything we needed to know about the car, cost, financing, insurance, trade-in, etc. making it so easy for us to say "yes!" The price and the time was right and believe it or not, we drove the car home a few hours later. We also want to note the professional service we received from Brian Reeves who assisted with the necessary sale documents. Brian had everything ready, answered all of our questions and made the experience so easy. . We're pleased that we made the stop to "just look". To date we give Lester Glenn an A+ as we're very satisfied with the overall experience. We expect to receive that same friendly customer satisfaction from the Service Department. More

We went in and worked with Steve and upon understanding what we were looking for he did an inventory search and found us what we were looking for. We took the SUV for a test ride and driving it from their storage lot to the facility was long enough for my wife to know it was the right vehicle for her. After finishing the paperwork and working thought the financials with Steve, Darren! Ed and Mike we finished the deal and almost purchased a second vehicle but the day was over. New Ram !500 Purchase I ordered a new Ram 1500 which I am going to have lifted with 35" tires ,exhaust fender flares etc. I needed a truck with the correct gear ratio and I ordered a new Ram 1500 which I am going to have lifted with 35" tires ,exhaust fender flares etc. I needed a truck with the correct gear ratio and limited slip so the truck had to be ordered. I worked with Steve Regan on the order. I had met him months previously while looking at another truck. Steve is a no nonsense down to earth sales rep, which is hard to find is this day and age. He works hard to get you the best deal he can. Steve is HONEST which is all that matters in my experience purchasing vehicles and I have bought and sold numerous cars and trucks over the years. For example since the truck was ordered the price was based upon the rebates available at time of delivery. The Ram website showed only $1500 in rebates when the truck came in. Steve informed me that it was actually $3500 in rebates saving me another two k. An unethical sales rep would not tell you the that if you had no way to check. Steve is fairly new in the car business but its obvious he has business experience and is very organized. He will set an appointment with you rather than randomly meet so he can give you his undivided attention,usually on a slow time like a Monday night. Highly recommend this gentlemen if you are in the market for a Ram/Dodge/Jeep. More

Our sales person Steve Regan was nothing but super nice no pressure showed us the ins and outs of every nook in the van. We could have not asked for a better buying experience. I would also like to mention how even the sales manager was a pleasure to work Ed Fiorvante. It was like sitting down with family! Great car dealership! I would highly recommend!
