This is my third car with Lester Glenn JDR dealership and would keep coming back to it for a future car. Jim sold me my first car couple of years back which got us really loving to do business with this deal would keep coming back to it for a future car. Jim sold me my first car couple of years back which got us really loving to do business with this dealership, then my wife got a new one through Brian and my last car was through Steve. Most of the time I spent was with Steve trying to get me into a 2014 Grand Cherokee. He did not leave a stone unturned to find me the right model and was very helpful explaining every detail that might have interested me in a new car. When my mind was finally set on a car he helped closing the deal with the Sales Manager Ed to the farthest extent possible, keeping the customer (me) in mind. I appreciate all the friendliness and truthfulness this dealership exhibits and would be a repeat customer anytime I need a new car. More

My experience with Lester Glenn was nothing short of amazing! Kyle Harrison was my salesperson, and he was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I went in there with something I had in mi amazing! Kyle Harrison was my salesperson, and he was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I went in there with something I had in mind, and I left with something that exceeded that expectation ten fold. If it were any other vehicle, I would say the price was a bit high, however when Kyle introduced me to the Trailhawk, I was sold, and it is worth every penny I will spend on it. He was very patient, and he helped me through getting my insurance figured out on the phone as well. Kyle even drove all the way to my grandparents' home, in order for my grandfather to co-sign for my vehicle. Ed Fiorvante was great in finalizing everything, and explained everything to me in a way that I understood it, since this was my first experience at doing something like this on my own. When it was time for me to drive my car off of the lot, Kyle walked me through how to set everything up in my Jeep according to my preferences. That was an extremely helpful part, because I didn't really want to read the manual to learn about it! He talked me through everything and I was able to learn about the different features of my vehicle hands on. My overall experience was great, and it was fun to learn about the different options of getting a new car, and the environment was very welcoming. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is wanting a new car, at a decent price, and who wants experienced, professional, genuine, and caring individuals to help you through what could be an exhausting process! I left there stress free, and I was confident that Lester Glenn took care of everything that I needed. More

Steve found just the truck we were looking for and Ed and Jim took care of the financing side of the purchase in very friendly manner. Steve was also excellent in going over the trucks features and setting up Sirius XM and our cell phones on the truck's bluetooth. My wife and I both agree we had an exceptional purchasing experience because of these gentlemen and feel we are now part of the Lester Glenn Jeep family! We LOVE our new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Most importantly, he made me forget that I was in a car dealership. I was able to focus without being bombarded by stereotypical sales pitches. I will most definitely recommend Lester Glenn to all of my friends, particularly those with horrible past experiences. They will be pleasantly surprised at Lester Glenn and walk out with a smile like I did.
