New Dodge Journey!!! Lester Glenn was recommended to us by family. And happy they did! Had a great intro convo over the phone w/Ron Garguilo who assured me that the trip Lester Glenn was recommended to us by family. And happy they did! Had a great intro convo over the phone w/Ron Garguilo who assured me that the trip out to NJ from Brooklyn would be worth it! And it was :) Steve greeted up upon arrival and instantly show us what we were looking for, after working with him and Darren we left driving off into the sunset in our new Journey! Our only negative, is due to misplacement of the cars keys we had a long wait to finalize the deal. Aside from this one factor, everyone was friendly and worked as hard as they could to make up for the lost time. More

Buying a car at Lester Glenn was a very pleasant experience In shopping online for a certified used Hyundai, we noticed that Lester Glenn had the best prices and biggest selection. So we decided to visit, even though it was about 60 miles from our home and we had two dealers near us. It turned out to be a very good decision. The atmosphere at Glenn is friendly and not at all aggressive. Our sales rep, Steve Regan, cared that we found what we were looking for and presented us with a fair price. When we got into negotiations about our trade-in's value, Steve and his manager, Ed Fiorvante, made a fair proposal. We closed financing with Jim Prendergast, and he was friendly and efficient. We would certainly recommend Lester Glenn to others and them it is worth the drive. More

She was not pushy and I was happy to make an appointment with the sales team. Robert Yuro greeted me as soon as I was on the lot. He immediately recognized I had done my research regarding price and features of a new 2014 Jeep Patriot. What I wanted was a special order and Rob didn't attempt to sell me anything in inventory. He had no trouble writing up the paper work and presenting a price. Ed Fiorvante presented a great offer with no hidden costs and a straight up deal. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Jim Prendergast was incredibly friendly and fast in preparing the financing and other miscellaneous paper work. A truly enjoyable and easy car buying experience. Dishonest waste of time I communicated with Amy for a jeep wrangler purchase after I explained she had the vehicle I wanted however did not have the white top and fenders her I communicated with Amy for a jeep wrangler purchase after I explained she had the vehicle I wanted however did not have the white top and fenders her words verbatim was " I have another jeep with the white top I will switch that out for you and I will either see if I have one with the white fenders you want or get them aftermarket". Then we worked on pricing, I explained I was part of an affiliate Chrysler jeep organization which allows 1% below invoice she came back with over invoice. I explained what the breakdown was and she spoke with her manager and we settled on a price. I also explain I would need to be in and out since I had a business flight I had to make she assured me not a problem. We'll I arrived and spoke with Brian (very nice guy) and told me Amy was busy but he could assist me. I provided my info and he pulled the vehicle up so I can see it in person. I explained the top and flares should be white since this is what Amy and I negotiated on. We'll he said there was no notes on this in their system. I looked at my husband and told him I have a bad feeling and I was ready to furiously walk. Ed came over after looking at my documents and stating I could not use a discount program he went on to say he could not switch the cap or flares at all because those are VIN specific and it was in the window sticker. He went on to say if he had a used top in white he would do it. This aggravated my husband since we were purchasing a new car and paying new price for the top. He rose and sad sorry he couldn't help us. I told him the trip was a waste of time and I would not have traveled an hour and a half if they could not provide what I wanted. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere More

Interesting story. Our initial visit to dealer (on Valentines Day, one of the few nice days in Feb) was just to get some info on the new 2015 Chrysler 200 due out this spring/summer, to replace one of Valentines Day, one of the few nice days in Feb) was just to get some info on the new 2015 Chrysler 200 due out this spring/summer, to replace one of our 10 year old Chrysler Sebring convertibles. Kyle Harrison met us with a friendly smile, briefed us on what he knew and added us to his "contact sheet" for updated info as it arrives. Done. But then, I casually asked Kyle about the "Jazz Blue" 300 my wife noticed in the lot - she loved the color - and before we knew it, we were in the vehicle for a nice, relaxed test drive. Kyle sat in the back and described all the features of this great car, which "drove like a dream" (it didn't feel like a large car) - and as my wife drove it, we were (both) liking it more and more. When we got back to the showroom, I told Kyle I would have to get the length/width measurements from him to see if this large sedan would fit in my garage, where we have file cabinets, another refrigerator, shelves, etc. He excused himself, (to get the specs I thought) but instead returned with his boss, Sales Manager Ed Fiorvante; who told us we could bring the care HOME to check out the garage situation! I was shocked, but a bit dubious because we live 15 miles away, and though I'm a careful driver, what if something happened? Ed told me "don't worry about it, we have insurance and if anything happens, it's on us". Well, I couldn't turn that down and that really impressed me - he didn't even ask me to leave my own car there as "collateral" or anything. Talk about customer service! So, I didn't have to bother with measuring - I was able to see that the car fit nicely (just a bit more "snugly") next to our other (smaller) Chrysler in our garage. We even took it to a local restaurant for dinner, and I parked it right out front. Several people who left the restaurant stopped to give it a second look, and my wife and I decided over dinner this was the car for us. I could go on, but the executive summary amounts to our returning to see Kyle the next day (Sat), some back-and forth price negotiation with Kyle/Ed, and ultimately our final return the following Monday to do the deal, and take delivery. (Though I didn't actually meet him, Kyle told me General Sales Mgr Mike Nacinovich was involved as well, so a "shout out" goes to him!) Ed was very straight with me during the negotiation, and Kyle answered and addressed our questions and concerns. Kyle was particularly helpful during the delivery process and took time to not only check us out on the various features of the car (things sure have changed in 10 years!) but even "paired" our I-Phones to the U-Connect system in the vehicle. Before we knew it, the "Pandora" app from my I-Phone was playing thru the car stereo via the Bluetooth connection! Also, the car looked really GREAT at delivery, the detail guys did a GREAT job, inside and and out. Of course, with my keen eye I still found 2 blemishes - but never fear, Kyle had the detail guy up to take care of it 1-2-3. Really an OUTSTANDING delivery process - including our ringing the "cowbell" by the door as we left, and the big round of applause from all! I cannot end this (already a bit long, I'm sorry) without highlighting the outstanding customer service we received from Darren Applegate, the Finance Manager, both during and after the sale. He handled all the paperwork with accuracy and efficiency, found us a fantastic interest rate (1.68%), described the various "add ons" that he recommended, and didn't pressure us in our decision. Also, without going into detail, I had occasion to call Darren the following day with info I got from my insurance company; and he immediately took action to make it right! I was truly VERY impressed - Darren has made me a believer because this was beyond what I expected and, just as importantly, tells me that the excellent customer service at Lester Glenn doesn't end with the delivery. I'm sure I will be happy with my service as well... PS: Kyle; remember to keep us on your info list for the 200 - if they make a convertible, we may do business again in the near future! More
