I bought a new 2014 Jeep in April. The car was a lemon from the start. In the past 7 months the car has been at Lester Glenn for a total of almost 4 months. The team at Lester Glenn has been more than understanding, helpful, kind and diligent. No matter how many times I call, they ALWAYS talk to me with understanding and helpfulness. I can not say enough positive things. Car Dealers and Dealerships get a bad rap for being about the bottom line, but THIS dealership is ANYTHING but. Amazing experience! More

Firstly, I was allowed to drive up and walk around and browse through the selection of cars and then a little while later I was approached by Kyle Harrison. When we sat down and spoke Kyle actually listened and only showed me the cars in which I told him I was interested in, such a refreshing concept to actually show a customer the vehicles they want to buy....the afternoon I was there they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for in stock but by the next morning they had a 2013 Dodge Challenger with 2500 miles on it...Cherry. The Deal came through and they got me to the payment I wanted ...considering all things the entire experience was unlike any car buying experience I have ever had....the ease and comfortability of purchasing a vehicle through this dealership has got to be the smoothest car buying transaction I have ever made...after I agreed to the deal and while Darren in Finance sorted my paperwork, Kyle got us coffee and we discussed any other questions I had about the vehicle and the service appointment at 3 months or 3750 miles. Free Oil changes every 7500 miles after that, complimentary loaner vehicle on any extended stay in service, and some of the UConnect Bluetooth features that connect my phone to my vehicle. The Lester Glenn car buying experience is actually quite unique. More

As a young woman walking into a car dealership on my own, I was very hesitant and worried about finding the right car for me, at the price I wanted, without feeling pressured or feeling overwhelmed with info I was very hesitant and worried about finding the right car for me, at the price I wanted, without feeling pressured or feeling overwhelmed with information. Most car dealerships that I have been to while I was doing some research on vehicles discouraged me because of my age and wanting to finance a car on my own, or wanted me to buy something way out of my price range, assuming "daddy" was buying when I would bring him along for help. But when I walked into Lester Glenn (Dodge-Jeep-Ram) on rt 37 E in Toms River, NJ I did not feel those stereotypes weighing down on me. I was first confronted by a kind young man named Corey Flohs, who was patient, understanding, and beyond helpful in my car buying experience. I felt as if I was buying a car from a close family member. And I have never met him before in my life. The entire staff was polite, patient, made the entire experience as stress free, and easy as possible. They all worked hard to help me find that perfect car. Which I did and am in love with. I would definitely recommend Corey to any of my friends, coworkers, family, and bar guests. Which I have already bragged about to. The experience could not have gone better. I am extremely happy. Our first contact was a phone conversation with Anita. She was very friendly and very informative regarding the Costco Auto program. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Steve Regan. When we explained what we were looking for he took us to the lot and showed us 2 different models. We did a test drive on both and made a decision which one was for us. He took care of all the paper work that was needed to get us started. Ed Fioruonte greeted us and took care of our credit check and saw that everything was in order. Darren Applegate was terrific in explaining the extra things that might be beneficial to us with our financing. All the paper work was completed, our old car was emptied and our new car polished and filled with gas and we were on our way. We are very pleased with everything that transpired in the purchase so our new car. We will recommend the dealership and the contacts we had to friends and family. Thank you all so much.
