Walked into the dealership and was immediately meet with a welcome handshake. The entire experience was smooth and friendly. I was promised they would locate the key or purchase a new one for me. I received a call form my salesman, Steve Regan, this morning that he had in fact located the key and was working on procuring it. Most dealerships, once you walk out the door, really don't follow through. Lester Glenn is not the usual dealership. I couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated and the deal I received.
