DEALER CHANGES PRICE WHEN I ARRIVE TO PICK UP VEHICLE AFTER DRIVING IN FROM OUT OF STATE APPROXIMATELY 100 MILES TO PICK UP A NEW RAM TRUCK I WAS TOLD THE TRUCK WAS NOT PREPPED SO I HAD TO WAIT WHILE HOPI AFTER DRIVING IN FROM OUT OF STATE APPROXIMATELY 100 MILES TO PICK UP A NEW RAM TRUCK I WAS TOLD THE TRUCK WAS NOT PREPPED SO I HAD TO WAIT WHILE HOPING TO NOT MISS A VISIT TO A FRIEND IN HOSPICE CARE, I TOLD MY WIFE TO START TO DRIVE BACK HOME TO NY SO SHE COULD MAKE THE VISIT. THE SALESMAN STARTS THE PAPERWORK ALTHOUGH THEY WERE SENT A COPY OF THE CHECK AND INSURANCE BINDER IN ADVANCE SO THE COMPLETION TIME OF SALE COULD BE MINIMIZED . I PRODUCED THE REQUIRED CERTIFIED CHECK TO GIVE TO THE SALESMAN AND FOUND THE CHECK WAS A FEW CENTS MORE THEN REQUIRED. A MANAGER APPROACHES AND TELLS ME THAT THE TRUCK IS SUDDENLY 500.00 MORE THAN THEY QUOTED AND TEXT TO ME. SO WHAT TO DO, I AM STUCK AT THE DEALERSHIP NOW WITH NO WAY TO GET BACK HOME.I TOOK THE PAPERS FROM THE SALESMAN'S DESK TORE THEM UP AND THREW THEM IN THE GARBAGE AND TOLD THEM THAT I WAS LEAVING ,I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE DOING THIS TO ME , AND I WAS SO UPSET THAT IT CAUSED ME TO USE INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE AS I WALKED OUT AND.AS I STOOD OUTSIDE THE DEALERSHIP WAITING FOR A UBER TO PICK ME UP. I WAS APPROACHED BY A ASST,MGR AND GENERAL MGR. WHO TRIED TO SHAKE MY HAND AND TRIED TO RESOLVE THE FACT THEY TRIED TO STEAL 500.00 FROM ME . I WAS SHOCKED WHEN THE GM REALIZED IT WAS HOPELESS AND THEN TOLD ME TO GET THE xxxx OFF HIS LOT AND GO BUY THE TRUCK ELSEWHERE. BEING IN SERVICE BUSINESS FOR OVER 40 YEARS I KNOW NO MATTER HOW A CUSTOMER ACTS OR SPEAKS TO YOU IT IS IMPERATIVE FOR MANAGEMENT TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT IF NOT HE SHOULD NOT BE IN THAT POSITION. I AM 62 YEARS OLD AND WAS TREATED LIKE A FOOL. I WOULD SAY TO YOU THAT THIS IS A COMMON PLOY DEALERSHIPS TRY TO USE KNOWING THAT WE AS CONSUMERS ARE SO EXCITED TO GET A NEW VEHICLE WE SOMETIMES ACCEPT THIS TREATMENT RATHER THAN NOT GETTING THE CAR. THIS EXPERIENCE GOES TO REINFORCING THE NEGATIVE REPUTATION SOME CAR SALESMAN AND DEALERSHIPS HAVE AND ULTIMATELY SPOILING A EXPERIENCE WHICH SHOULD BE ENJOYABLE. I HOPE AFTER READING THIS YOU REALIZE ITS TRULY BUYER BEWARE. More

Horrible dealership I only have 3 words about Chrysler Lester Glenn, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. According to them, there's nothing wrong with my car. This car since I le I only have 3 words about Chrysler Lester Glenn, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. According to them, there's nothing wrong with my car. This car since I leased it from them 6 months ago, I've been having tons of issues with it even though it's a brand new car. Even their sales person that sold me the car went on a test drive with me and heard the squeaking noise and smelled the moldy smell that's coming from the air vents. I even offered to pay another down payment to exchange the car from them, all they had to do is to get me the same car, but of course they totally ignored me and wouldn't even respond to my requests. These people are unbelievable. I will post my review on every single website, warning people to never buy anything from them. More

Our salesperson, Jordan Subai, was energetic, informative, respectful, and so very down to Earth. In my life, thus far, I have purchased a total of 5 vehicles from a variety of car dealerships, and this most recent experience, with the Lester Glenn Auto Group, in the past 2 days, has been, by far, the very best experience that I have had to pleasure to be a part of. My husband and I test drove a Jeep Wrangler on Wednesday evening, April 12. We were on the fence as to which vehicle to purchase, as I had grown accustomed to my Sequoia for 1l years. Upon entering the dealership, Jordan was extremely different from other car salespeople. He was genuinely attentive to our questions, he offered ample feedback for our questions about the Jeep Wrangler, and he helped to make the experience very personalized. For the first time ever, I felt as if I wasn't being pressured to purchase a vehicle. We officially purchased our Jeep Wrangler today, Thursday, April 13, and I'm so very excited to be part of the "Jeep Family". Jordan should be commended in every way possible, as his level of professionalism and his authentic personality were the catalysts that made my decision and my husband's, solidified. He had yet to utter the words that he would possibly consider a new truck - he has a 2005 Tundra in great shape, and after our experience with Jordan Subai, Ed Fiorvante, and Brian Reeves, My husband said, "If I decide to get a new truck, I'm going to those guys". I already told my entire extended family about the awesome experience. Once again, this was a first for me - the Jeep Wrangler...and more importantly, leaving a car dealership with a key in hand but no stress on my shoulders. Carmine was fantastic. From his demeanor to his honesty, there was nothing that made me want to leave. He was as excited as I was to help me purchase my 2017 Jeep Wrangler sport. Nothing was shoved down my throat and they didn't ask me for my car keys to appraise my vehicle for trade. He was knowledgable, friendly and very professional without being high pressure or pushy. Sales Manager, Ed Fiorvante, was very helpful in explaining everything and made sure we got the best deal possible. Finance Manager, Brain Reeves, made things quick and easy so we could get in and out in a timely manner. They were even accommodating to my two year old.
