Hello! My name is Ed Hanahan. I have been at Bill Kay Honda since 2004 and have never worked for another dealership or another brand of vehicle. I truly believe we sell the best vehicle on the market today. I drive a Honda myself and plan on giving it to my daughter as her first car, of course I will buy another one after that! I have two daughters who run my world & I love to golf and travel-preferably at the same time. I understand that going to a car dealership is not the most pleasurable thought to most people (ranking just above dentist lol) so I try my best to make your process enjoyable, honest and easy. The best part about my job is changing a persons perception about what a trip to the dealership should be like.

I bought a truck here and wouldn't recommend Bill Kay Honda to anyone. We waited 3 hours for the financing and then Ed Hanahan decided to put gap insurance on the lien. I didn't ask for it the lien holde Honda to anyone. We waited 3 hours for the financing and then Ed Hanahan decided to put gap insurance on the lien. I didn't ask for it the lien holder didn't require it he just thought I'll add 1200 dollars to this note. So he says it's been canceled but I can't find proof of that. The manager Jeff Linder was suppose to call me and talk to me about it but guess what he's never called. We've bought about 20 cars in the last 22 years and this was the worst dealership experience we've ever had very unethical and dishonest. Disappointment and disgust doesn't even come close to our experience. More

Bought used truck after seeing advertised on line. Call BKH and talked to salesman He told me truck was still available. Drove 25 miles, inspected truck, took test drive.
