I was in a bad spot when my 2013 x3 engine blew out and transmission was no good- still having a loan on it. BMW took my car in and offered me a good trade-in for what it was worth at the time. They gave me an opportunity to not be upside down (which I very well would've been without them) when purchasing a new car. I worked with Ed & Carlos- which was such an easy straight forward process & ended up with a 2018 320i XDrive. I love my car & am extremely thankful for their help through this all. A little over a month after purchase I was due for an oil change- I had only put about 1,500 miles on the car & was under the impression maintenance wouldnt be anytime soon. After expressing I was upset, Carlos worked on getting me a deal. Amazed with his expertise, he is extremely caring and truly customer oriented. Please don't hesitate to go to him for anything because he truly is a BMW genius & will work to get whats best for you. 100% transparent. Ed was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with as well.
