Terrible Costumer Service We got a Dodge Caliber 2011 on Aug30/16 and since then we are having issues with this car. They took the car for "repair" and after a couple of weeks we had a new problem with this car which has not been solved yet. On top of that, we got a safety recall notice for this car. More

J.C.(John Castillo) was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and I believe provided the BEST lease deal. He worked hard to make sure we were happy with not only the vehicle but with the payments. Went over and beyond with his time, never felt rushed, even though they were minutes from closing and just made the whole process easy and painless. Well painless as it could be when you are spending money. Finally Eddy who handles the financial end of it, signing the papers etc. was another real pleasure to deal with. Had patience with all my questions, which he answered in detail and made sure I understood before leaving. These three employees need to be recognized for their outstanding service. More
