When you go into a car dealership you always expect to get scammed one way or another but Buzz is the most genuine salesman and he truly does care about your car desires and will make it happen for you. I took my encore in since check engine light was on and when filling gas tank control on pump kept cutting off It took almost 5 mins to put a few gallons in. I was told It was vapor lock caused by a bad v when filling gas tank control on pump kept cutting off It took almost 5 mins to put a few gallons in. I was told It was vapor lock caused by a bad vent switch. Service department did not have part so I had to bring it back. The second time I game back they put in a wrong part the same thing happened the next time They new it was a vent switch but put in a new canister. That did not work and I'm waiting for a call. .
