i first met jeff when my mom bought a xterra from him and i just liked the way he treated us that time. from right then an there when i was ready to buy a new vehicle i was going to go to cvm and have jeff a i just liked the way he treated us that time. from right then an there when i was ready to buy a new vehicle i was going to go to cvm and have jeff as my salesperson. just last week i decided i wanted to look for a new vehicle so of course i went to cvm and had jeff. when i walked into the place jeff greated us we got right to work trying to find the right dodge nitro at the right price. not only did he find me the perfect nitro he got it for me at a great price. the whole time i was at cvm jeff made me an my mom feel very welcome even to the point of making my mom a fresh pot of coffee cause they were out an it was very late in the afternoon. it was a completly different feeling at cvm, cause a couple month ago i was looking at jeep liberty at sheivley motors an i didnt get the same respect up there as i did at cvm with jeff. sheivley motors i think were looking at a 21 year old an thats why there finance guy didnt try as hard as ed post did. so thanks to jeff and ed for a wonderful car buying experence. Jeff was very accomodating, professional, respectful and personable. Never once did I feel pressure to purchase a vehicle. It was refreshing to deal with a group of people who treated you with respect and personable. Never once did I feel pressure to purchase a vehicle. Proud new owner of a 2011 Ram 1500 Sport!!! Absolutley love the truck. Jeff and Jon worked very hard to accomplish this and put me in a truly awesome piece of engineering. The staff at CVM are down to ear love the truck. Jeff and Jon worked very hard to accomplish this and put me in a truly awesome piece of engineering. The staff at CVM are down to earth people with great personalities. Especially Jeff who is very outgoing and enjoys his work...almost too much. They take the extra step to ensure the customer is truely satisfied at the end to the day. This is the first truck purchase from CVM and when I am in the market again this is where I will be going. I look forward to stopping by the dealership for the much needed accessories and a touch of good old humor. Thank god they dont charge for the entertainment...I know I couldnt afford the admission at the door. Thanks to all of you at CVM for providing the Cumberland Valley Area with excellent service. This was our 4th dodge purchase from CVM. Not only are we happy with the dodge products but the dealership is by far the easiest to work with. The service center is always great. They get to know you by name and are always easy to work with. Financing with Ed Post is always an easy and he is great to work with. He always finds the best deal for me. My salesman this time, Jeff Lang, was friendly, open, honest and quite funny. He made the buying experience fun. Since this was our 4th purchase, we were treated with respect as repeat buyers and given the best price possible without the haggling. I will continue to use this dealership for my dodge purchases and service. More

i first talked to jeff on the phone in regards to a red jeep wrangler that they had on their used car lot he had told me that it was manual not automatic an i had told him i was looking for a new(used)car jeep wrangler that they had on their used car lot he had told me that it was manual not automatic an i had told him i was looking for a new(used)car and he was willing to find me someing in my price range. he told me to come down to cumberland valley motors in june 2. i was on thir website and i seen that they had a relly nice 2007 nissan xterra that was at a pretty reasonable price. so when thur june 2 came i went to cumberland valley motors and when i pulled into the lot there were two salesmen standing there and one of them walked over and asked if there was anyting that he could help me with an i told him i was looking for a jeff lang and he said that was him i was talking to. i told him who i was an he knew right away that we had talked on the phone as soon as he greeted me we walked inside and right away he asked if i wanted any coffee or a water which i thought was very nice of him. i then told him that i seen the nissan on their website an he told me that was a nice car. and then he stared the work with the fineance guy to get me off the lot in the nissan xterra. jeff was a very nice guy you could tell he really took pride in his job and was one of those guys who really enjoyed wakeing up in the morning to go to their job so he can help people like me More

The personnel there were not pushy at all, very accomodating to our needs, and provided us with a fair sale price on the vehicle we purchased. You can't ask for much more than that. Additionally, even after the sale was achieved, the financial person was able to receive a lower interest rate from the bank, thus allowing us to more easily afford an extended warrant and Xilon coating. A good experience overall. More

Mike, Jeff and Ed were very professional and helpful. Mike was exceptionally responsive to our questions. Furthermore, the other employees with whom we interacted in the showroom and on the premises were also very friendly. It is apparent that the dealership has placed a significant emphasis upon customer service. With respect to the actual purchase we are very satisfied with our new Durango and the price that we paid. Mike and Jeff treated us fairly and demonstrated integrity in their dealing. I would recommend this dealership to a friend. More

From the moment my grandmother and I walked into the door we had nothing but welcome and warmth from this company. I was looking for a new vehicle and the receptionist, Tammy and Kate, from parts and servic we had nothing but welcome and warmth from this company. I was looking for a new vehicle and the receptionist, Tammy and Kate, from parts and service steered me in the right direction by introducing me to Mike Schell. He listened, actually listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and then took me out to the lot to look at the Dodge Caliber. I had been to 4-5 other dealerships over the past few days and the customer service I received there was well less then par so I am sure I was not a jem right off the bat to Mike, sorry. After he showed me the car and the specs and informed me of them, he suggested that I go for a test drive and that me grandmother go with, and ride in the front passenger seat! He was very knowledgable about the car being able to answer all questions asked to him, while looking at the vehicle and driveing it. After the test drive we went back into the dealership and sat at his desk and talked numbers, then he went to his boss Jeff and they talked numbers. That is when Jeff came out, and god love him for being able to come into the situation as a third party and introduce himself and just completely put all nerves and worries to ease. That is when Jeff and Mike suggested that I take the car for a test drive for the weekend to make sure it was something I could see myself in. Well I took it for the weekend and loved it, one problem though still had to talk numbers. Went back to the dealership to see Mike and we taked numbers then he went to Jeff and talked numbers. Everyone during this whole process, this was my first time buying a new vehicle, was very easy to work with and I felt that I got a good deal....nah GREAT deal!!!! Throughout sitting at the desk and waiting for information to be faxed/approved/filled out the other sales personnel was very funny, charming, and personable. So, today was the final day to sign the paperwork. I dropped the car off to get detailed, they shuttled me to work while the did all the work. They cleaned it inside and out and even topped off my gas. After they cleaned it and I returned to the dealership Mike (who came in on his day off :) ) introduced me to Ed Post (Business Manager) who walked me through the financing and paperwork and showed me different warrenties and coverages. We talked about gap insurance and he as well like Mike and Jeff was very informative and knowledgable. After all paperwork was signed it was time to get the keys. We went back to Mikes desk where he went over all the important paperwork, about the warrenties and how to keep them covered by getting oil changes and tire rotations and so on, as the dealer book instructs. Then he walked me out to my car and showed me all the final bells and whistles of the car and to make sure I understood how all the necessities worked and where the were located, 4 ways, lights and the Sirius radio, haha. They topped off the gas tank and I was on my way home from there. I went from last Tuesday to having a blown motor in my old car, (which by the way the are towing for me from the garage). To looking at many cars and dealerships to be exactly one week later in a brand new car that makes me happy and makes me feel safe and comfortable. I will return for future purchases (not any time soon, I LOVE her (yes my new car is a her) way too much to even think of letting her go). I will recommend CVM to as many people I know and will tell them that anyone in the place is nice and seems great to work with, but if I was them i'd see Mike Schell. More
