Overall my eperience at CVM was a great one in part to Ed Post. I wasn't aware of it at the time until we signed the paperwork but he worked hard in order to get us a better interest rate on our loan. My hus Post. My husband and I's credit has taken a hit in the past few years due to some financial setbacks and he was great in obtaining the best rate he could get for us at the time. We were very appreciative of his extra attention. And hemade signing the paperwork fun ! I cannot say that I would refere or utilize the same salesperson with a future transaction. I feel that I knew more about the car and all of it's features than he did at the time. His idea of showing the car to me and my husband was to give us the keys and to walk away from us. My husband opened the hood and all the doors and looked over all the gauges while Mike was nowhere to be seen. We were left outside with the car for about 15 or so minutes before he joined us and then turned us over to Ed. The car was also not detailed the day we picked it up and that was pretty disappointing to me. The tires were dull and the windows were dirty. You can see the spot where the info sticker was taken off of the windshield. There is even a handprint on the interior above the driver's side door that was there when we took it home. And if the car supposedly was washed.. It was not done very well at all. Other than that because of Ed Post I would return to CVM for another purchase but would definately choose another salesperson. The sales manager was great to work with. The accessories I requested to have ready when I picked up my custom ordered Ram 2500 Outdoorsman were not there. They comped me by providing brown in place of the black floor mats I wanted for free. Once I made the 100+ mile drive home and began adding accessories, I noticed the left rear quarter panel was bent bad behind the rear wheel. It looks as though a chain or strap was used incorrectly during transport. Overall, their desire to make the customer happy up to the sale was good. The price was lower than expected and very fair. I would recommend CVM to others. More

I had the best car buying experience at CMV. Everyone was so nice and there was no pressure. The attention to our needs was there all the way until the moment we drove off. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable but most importantly patient. They didn't pressure my husband and I at all. I previously owned a Lexus IS 250 AWD but was in the market for a new type of vehicle....preferably a 'performance' car. I really love vintage/classic cars and since 'Vanishing Point' is one of my favorite movies and stars one of the most famous vehicles of all times....THE DODGE CHALLENGER, I couldn't help but want one when Dodge came out with the new line. If it weren't for the year of my Challenger being 2012, I would swear I was driving the one from the movie :). At any rate, once I drove the V8, I was in love. I got the color and price I wanted. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had!!! I went to a few other dealerships that were closer to my home and/or I was already familiar with and received substandard service at best! Th had!!! That all changed the moment that I picked up the phone and called CVM. I was able to set up an appointment that same day and when I got there, I was welcomed to the showroom by Jon Sundell and was introduced to Jesse Lee. Jesse was able to show me exactly what I wanted and was able to answer my long list of questions. I worked w/ Jesse on getting the right price for my trade in and they were able to show me incentives that I was able to get that no other dealership mentioned. The only problem was that I was looking for a very specific style of car and color and they were hard to come by. That did not stop the men at CVM...they called around to every dealership within 100 miles and were able to locate my car and had it quickly shipped to their showroom. Amazing service through and through!!! Forgot to mention...each time I was there I had my children with me and they were so excited about the dealership, they didn't want to leave! CVM has a customer for life! More

Monique and the whole staff at CVM always treat me as if I am the king when I come in. I have bought 3 vans and a new Dodge Charger in the last 6 years for my business and personal use. First off I usually network for everything I do and buy. Not this time. After meeting both Bob and John at an event being held at Wal Mart in Mechanicsburg...I thought I would give them a try and see what m Not this time. After meeting both Bob and John at an event being held at Wal Mart in Mechanicsburg...I thought I would give them a try and see what my current truck was worth. We had previously purchased a dodge minivan at Hondru Dodge in Elizabethtown...can't say we had the greatest experience and I doubt we will be going back. After coming to CVM w/no intentions on purchasing a new truck, just looking and to see the value of my current truck...I walked away w/a new truck that should meet my needs for a while.(towing a new camper trailer, dogs, kids etc) I was very shocked at how I was brought into the Sales managers office to go over the value of my current vehicle and the deal he laid out for me for a new truck. Very little negotiations to be made. Then going through the finance department w/Ed was a pleasant experience. He actually made it fun to sign all those forms. As a side note, they worked with me as I purchased a cap from another business and helped me with that process. I have had the vehicle just over 24 hours but I can say I walked away feeling very good about the overall experience. That is saying allot as I myself was in insurance sales and customer service for over 19 yrs...very hard to please me and with customer service like this...my wife is already thinking of a new Dodge minivan from CVM.
