Excellent Experience I worked with Ed Riley and Rob Carcione. I originally came in looking at the ILX, but ended up upgrading to the 2016 TLX for less than I was expecting I worked with Ed Riley and Rob Carcione. I originally came in looking at the ILX, but ended up upgrading to the 2016 TLX for less than I was expecting. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helped make my first experience leasing a car quick and easy. I would highly recommend Davis Acura, I love my car and the professionalism of all employees! More

The Friendly Car Experience I had a great experience at the dealership. Tim Kelly was my salesman. I left with a 2016 Acura TLX. Tim took a lot of time to go over all the feature I had a great experience at the dealership. Tim Kelly was my salesman. I left with a 2016 Acura TLX. Tim took a lot of time to go over all the features of the car. He was very thorough but not pushy. Amy Schmerbeck did the financing with me. She is very personable and professional. Rob Carcione helped us with the phonebook feature. He also was very friendly. Ed Riley and Mark (the parts manager) both approached me. They introduced themselves and welcomed me to the "Acura Family." I was very happy with my experience and would recommend them to others. More

Love my new TLX I only came to the dealership to test drive the TL and left with a new 2016 TLX.. Tim was very patient he took the time to explain all about the TLX a I only came to the dealership to test drive the TL and left with a new 2016 TLX.. Tim was very patient he took the time to explain all about the TLX and about all of the features of the TLX. Even after I purchased my vehicle he continues to be helpful. Ed Riley took the time to meet me and chat with me. If I ever purchase another Acura I will definitely purchase it from Davis Acura. As everyone knows the finance process can be stressful however the process at Davis with Dan Connor was not as painful as some of my previous car finance experiences. More

Fantastic experience both buying and service This was the third time I purchased a new Acura. Ed Riley, the sales manager, has always made sure I received the best deal. I have dealt with a lot This was the third time I purchased a new Acura. Ed Riley, the sales manager, has always made sure I received the best deal. I have dealt with a lot of other brand dealerships over the years and could not say the same about my experience. The service department is excellent. The receptionist Claudia is pleasant and my service advisor Jeff is very accommodating. On my last service visit when I thought I perceived a problem, Ryan the mechanic and Steve Pulli both took a ride in the car to make sure the issue was resolved. Steve even followed up later in the day. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Rob Carcione was honest (transparent), patient and helpful in answering all of my questions which ultimately led me to stay with the Acura brand.
