Exceptional Service from exceptional people I recently purchased my 4th Acura from Davis and Rob Carcione. I travel over an hour and a half to Davis so I'd like people to understand why I would I recently purchased my 4th Acura from Davis and Rob Carcione. I travel over an hour and a half to Davis so I'd like people to understand why I would travel so far. It's simple; it's all about the people! There are any number of Acura dealerships in the Philadelphia area and whether you are buying your first car or 4th, we all want that experience to be memorable. Who doesn't remember each car buying experience? Well, Davis makes the experience special! What differentiates Davis from the others is their employees. When you walk in you are met by businessman and woman who happen to sell cars. Rob is the antithesis of the prototypical car " character" we see on television. Even though Rob has sold me three cars, he takes the time to listen and only when he truly understands my needs does he show me the car that fits my lifestyle. Rob is neither pushy nor brash; just a great human being who wants to help fit you into a car you want at a price you'll find extremely competitive. Finally, we've all been in dealerships where the guy behind the curtain is consulted before a deal can be finalized. At Davis Ed Riley is the guy behind the curtain and not only will you meet him, you will be impressed by his laid back but professional style. He is the leader behind a team of exceptional car people. Anytime I hear someone is in need of a car, I point them to Rob , Ed and Davis Acura as I know they will never let me or my friends down. More

Totalled our car and taking ZERO accountability We have been customers of Davis Acura for nearly a decade. Starting nearly two weeks ago our opinion and satisfaction with this dealership has change We have been customers of Davis Acura for nearly a decade. Starting nearly two weeks ago our opinion and satisfaction with this dealership has changed drastically. We dropped off our car for a basic checkup. The next day, as we prepared to pick up the car we got a call from them saying that the vehicle was damaged while parked on their lot. Turns out this was MAJOR damage...likely meaning that our 2001 Acura is now totaled. From that moment forward their team has changed their story of how it happened several times, they have been caught in their own lies, they have lacked clarity on the repair/replacement process, and have been exceedingly frustrating to work with over the last few days especially. UPDATE: it is now OVER TWO WEEKS since our car was totaled while in the possession of Davis Acura. I say totaled because my personal insurance policy was activated to cover THEIR damages to our car. The owner himself, Glenn Davis, reached out to us and offered to do whatever he could do to make this right. Quite impressive...I felt something was going to happen now that the owner of a respected dealership was personally aware of the issue. Well that has not been the case. We expressed what we needed...we are reasonable, we are not asking for a free car...which many feel is within our rights. We are asking them to make us an excellent deal (ok maybe they lose a small amount of money) on a car they have on their used lot. This is a reasonable request en lieu of all the trouble, miscommunication, misdirection, lack of accountability...we wont even mention the fact that we now need to take on car payments as a result of their negligence. Remember the facts: 1) we gave them our car in good faith 2) their insurance was so poor it would not cover the cost of damages to our car 3) they have offered time and time again to do whatever they can to make this right for us 4) and then continue to drag this out leaving us wondering if their intention is to stick us with the entire expense of their accident As it turns out, point #4 is spot on...now their position is that they are unwilling to take a loss on a car. I'm sorry...Davis Acura expects us to take the entire cost on ourselves...that is unacceptable. I will find a new Acura dealer and vote with my money. YOU SHOULD TOO...lest you be left holding the bill for their negligence. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS More

Snow day, no worries! I went into Davis Acura due to a recommendation from a friend of mine who works for another dealer but knew that Davis had a car that I was interested I went into Davis Acura due to a recommendation from a friend of mine who works for another dealer but knew that Davis had a car that I was interested in. I went in, met the Manager Ed Riley, who took the time out to come and meet me and talk for a few. He set me up with Ken McDaniel who brought the car from the used car side over to me at the main building. I test drove the car within 10 minutes of looking at it and then drove it back to the used car side. Ken was very down to Earth and you can tell he really cares about the customer. Domenic Visco then came over to help me negotiate with the numbers and was very patient with me. My mother decided to come and check the car out and Domenic and Ken were both very understanding. When she arrived, she felt very comfortable with the staff and what deal I was receiving, Ken even broke the value of the car down which helped me understand and put us both at ease. Lastly, Dan Connor helped me seal the deal and also shared some good advice on my purchase. Those 3 guys were awesome and I really appreciate all of their help and patience with the purchase. More

Great Service on a Snowy Day! Our 3 year lease was coming up shortly and on President's Day my wife and I went to Davis Acura to meet with Rich Conti and discuss our options. The s Our 3 year lease was coming up shortly and on President's Day my wife and I went to Davis Acura to meet with Rich Conti and discuss our options. The snow started falling more heavily but that didn't deter Rich from being patient with us as we took a test drive and looked at 2 additional cars. Nick in financing was friendly and efficient as well. In the end we got the model and color we wanted and love the lease miles rollover of unused miles to our new lease. Came home with the car and we are very pleased and after the messy snowfall we are looking forward to returning to Davis for our complimentary car washes! More
