Immordino was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the car I was purchasing. After offering me a beverage he talked to me about what I was looking for in a car. He helped me to select, test and choose a car that was perfect. He detailed all features of the vehicle with me and took the time to ensure I knew how to operate all the features and special technology the car had to offer. This would have taken me months on my own and as a new grandparent I need my time to spend with family. Additionally he followed up several times to check on my satisfaction and to ask if I needed anything additional or had any questions.The financing was also explained to me in detail and full disclosure of my options were presented in simple terms. He was so happy for me and shared in the excitement of purchasing a new car. He personally introduced me to the General Sales Manager Ed Riley who was also very friendly, informative and helpful. Ed has also taken the time to call me to see if I was satisfied and if I had any additional questions or if he could assist me with anything regarding my purchase. He assured me they will be there in the future with any service needs I might have. Before going to Davis, I visited several different dealerships across different makers of luxury cars (including another Acura dealership), but my experience at Davis really stood out from them all. I am a young woman in my 20s who was buying a car for the first time, and I got the impression from other dealerships that they didn't take me seriously or assumed that I wasn't a smart buyer. However, I had a great experience with salesman Rich Conti at Davis - he didn't play games with me on pricing and didn't pressure me into purchasing features I didn't want. I ended up getting a really fantastic deal on my RDX (I know because I did my homework!) and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The entire team at Davis has been fantastic and really rolls out the red carpet for their customers. Ed Riley was fantastic at walking me through the purchasing experience and has treated me like family, and Andrew Kim was very clear and thorough in taking me through the financing process. This team goes above and beyond - they've stayed with me after closing hours and have been great at taking the time to answer all of my follow-up questions about the car.
