Awesome Experience I just purchased a 2015 Acura TLX. I dealt with Richard Conti from the sales team who was a real professional. There was no haggling back and forth, I I just purchased a 2015 Acura TLX. I dealt with Richard Conti from the sales team who was a real professional. There was no haggling back and forth, I told them the numbers I wanted to see and they did it. From the time we stepped into the dealership to the time we left with a new car was right around two hours. This even included a trade. All the folks were very friendly and attentive. Would absolutely recommend this dealership. More

Great people Davis Acura is a special place to buy/lease a car. Everyone there cares about the customers and the focus is on making the customer happy and bringin Davis Acura is a special place to buy/lease a car. Everyone there cares about the customers and the focus is on making the customer happy and bringing them "into the family." Many other dealers I have visited are heavily volume driven and the salespeople don't get to really know the customers. I leased a 2016 RDX with tech package from this dealer on July 22, 2015. My salesman was Rob. He cared to know about my family and my needs. He made the experience very personable. I was shocked to hear he has worked there for 8 years. Any salesman I have met at other dealers is always gone within 2 years. This dealer also has great stock quantities of in-demand vehicles and offers great value. They worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I also worked with nick mess in finance. He has such a friendly demeanor and it was very enjoyable to work with him. Davis offers its customers a great maintenance package that covers a lot for very little charge. They also provide a coupon book when you get the maintenance package that offsets it's cost. I really like how Davis Acura does things. More

And I can say the same about the service department. I take my cars in twice per year, owned an accord, a pilot and now an acura. While I was waiting for the service to be completed I visited the showroom floor, spoke with Frank and looked at the new RDX. I did not get any pressure and he was very informative and accommodating. Car buying We picked the ideal day, 2 days before the end of the month. The showroom was almost empty, which was a surprise since a few days prior it was packed We picked the ideal day, 2 days before the end of the month. The showroom was almost empty, which was a surprise since a few days prior it was packed with potential buyers. Our salesman, Rob, was courteous and knowledgeable. We were able to test drive the ILS alone, which most car dealerships have a problem with. There was no pressure to "take advantage of a deal which is only good today" line. He also spent a lot of time explaining the complicated cell phone process and programed in some of my frequently called numbers. We didn't feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. We were given a fair price for our trade-in, very much in line with what we expected, (may have been, in part, because our car was one they were happy to get) and few "I'll have to run this by my manager" stuff. More
