Continuing Excellence I recently traded in my 2005 Acura TL for a 2015 RDX. I knew that i wanted to buy a vehicle from Davis because of their excellent service department. I recently traded in my 2005 Acura TL for a 2015 RDX. I knew that i wanted to buy a vehicle from Davis because of their excellent service department. I have always been treated with respect and their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced at any car dealership. When I finally made the purchase on Saturday, everyone went out of their way to be helpful. I actually enjoyed the time I spent at the dealership. The knowledgeable and friendly staff - from the salesman, Rich Conti, to the sales manager, Ed Reilly- were absolutely incredible. I visited other dealerships but there is truly no comparison. I look forward to spending another 10 years working with the team with my new car! Pat Marks More

5th Acura Experience was very, very good. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process. Frank Immordino was very helpf Experience was very, very good. I found it extremely helpful to have a sales associate work with me to get me comfortable with the electronic and voice activated controls. Wish I went to Davis Acura first, rather than wasting my time at several others who made the car buying experience difficult. You should not have to work to buy a car, and at Davis Acura they make it easy and pleasant. More

I purchased a certified pre-owned car from them a few years ago because they had the model I wanted, and the experien I highly recommend Davis Acura. If they don't have it, they will get it for you!!! I called Davis Acura simply to ask for a test drive on the new TLX. The warm greeting I received from Janice on the phone convinced me to drive 40 mil I called Davis Acura simply to ask for a test drive on the new TLX. The warm greeting I received from Janice on the phone convinced me to drive 40 miles across state to see what they had to offer. I arrived to be greeted by Joe Torpey who asked how he can help. I explained I was just looking to test drive the new TLX for my wife. Without delay, he got the keys and said lets go for a drive. He explained most of the features that the car had and then we were on our way. My wife and I both feel in love with the car. When we got back to the dealership after the test drive, Joe was not pushy and completely understood that he was not making a sale that day. We asked for a particular color for exterior and interior but they and other dealers did not have it in stock. Joe introduced us to Ed Riley who said he would make some calls and see what he can do. One week and half later, they called saying they had the car available. The car was coming from Massachusetts. I said to myself WOW. What a dealership to find my car all the way up there!!! After not too much negotation, we made the deal happen over the phone and a pick up time. When arrived, the car was shining and ready for it to come home with us. We lastly met with Tom who was not at all pushy with the extended warranty and made it quite an easy process to sign documents and get us on our way. Joe, Ed, and Tom were all really easy to talk to and helped me to stay close to my budget. That really meant a lot to me and my wife and now we are happy to say we are part of the Davis Family. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be purchasing my next car with them. Joe and Ed if it wasn't for you, I would probably not be driving this beautiful car. Thank you!!! More
