If they don't have it, they will get it for you!!! I called Davis Acura simply to ask for a test drive on the new TLX. The warm greeting I received from Janice on the phone convinced me to drive 40 mil I called Davis Acura simply to ask for a test drive on the new TLX. The warm greeting I received from Janice on the phone convinced me to drive 40 miles across state to see what they had to offer. I arrived to be greeted by Joe Torpey who asked how he can help. I explained I was just looking to test drive the new TLX for my wife. Without delay, he got the keys and said lets go for a drive. He explained most of the features that the car had and then we were on our way. My wife and I both feel in love with the car. When we got back to the dealership after the test drive, Joe was not pushy and completely understood that he was not making a sale that day. We asked for a particular color for exterior and interior but they and other dealers did not have it in stock. Joe introduced us to Ed Riley who said he would make some calls and see what he can do. One week and half later, they called saying they had the car available. The car was coming from Massachusetts. I said to myself WOW. What a dealership to find my car all the way up there!!! After not too much negotation, we made the deal happen over the phone and a pick up time. When arrived, the car was shining and ready for it to come home with us. We lastly met with Tom who was not at all pushy with the extended warranty and made it quite an easy process to sign documents and get us on our way. Joe, Ed, and Tom were all really easy to talk to and helped me to stay close to my budget. That really meant a lot to me and my wife and now we are happy to say we are part of the Davis Family. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be purchasing my next car with them. Joe and Ed if it wasn't for you, I would probably not be driving this beautiful car. Thank you!!! More

A great experience! I love my TLX This was my second vehicle that I picked up from Rich Conti. He handled my first car lease so well that it was a no-brainer to go back to him. He is an excellent salesperson and really knows the Acura vehicles inside and out! I spoke with Ed Riley too and he helped speed the process along. My deal went really smooth and the car was delivered spotless and in perfect condition. When it came to the finance Tom had everything prepared for me and I was in and out of his office in no time. It was a pleasure to go to Davis Acura and I'd go back again for my next vehicle! More

There are other dealerships? I was nearing the end of my lease on my 2011 TSX. I reached out to a friend of mine who recommended that I contact Rob Carcione at Davis Acura. I ha I was nearing the end of my lease on my 2011 TSX. I reached out to a friend of mine who recommended that I contact Rob Carcione at Davis Acura. I had already decided that I wanted to roll into an RDX but was not sure if it should be 2014 or 2015. Rob took the time to talk to me about both models, discussed Davis buying me out of my lease and all the options that were open to me at that time. After a few phone calls, it was agreed upon that the best option would be for me to ride out my lease. Not a month later, I was involved in an accident that totaled my car. I walked away unscathed, but the vehicle did not. One of my first phone calls was to Rob after getting the news that I needed to find a car three months earlier than I was intending. I came to meet him on a late Tuesday night and walked out of Davis with the same deal that we had originally discussed the month before, on a 2015 vehicle, in the color that I wanted and the price that I was comfortable with. At no time did I feel some of the misgivings that I had with other dealerships in the past. From Rob to Ed to Tom (and I was there late on a rainy Tuesday night)....they all worked hard to get the deal done! The sun was shining by the time I left. It was a truly amazing experience from beginning to end. Not that I am looking forward to my first service appointment but I trust that the service department is run the same way! More
