The service was so good in the past that we decided to buy a new vehicle from them (last year). It was an important part of our purchase to know that we were still valued after the purchase. More

I was at the dealership for what I thought was my complimentary 12,000 service. I consented to adding a brake flush. At the end I was told I would have to pay for the complimentary service because complimentary 12,000 service. I consented to adding a brake flush.
