Female greeter was not at all friendly. I arrived a couple of minutes before 8 AM for the scheduled appointment, but representative arrived 10 minutes late. Representative notified me tha I arrived a couple of minutes before 8 AM for the scheduled appointment, but representative arrived 10 minutes late. Representative notified me that I needed to use my log-in from my insurance company to verify coverage. Why was I not notified of it while making the appointment, since most people do not carry this information with them. It was to the very least very frustrating. Then was sent off to the car loaner section. Car loaner attendant was very difficult to hear and understand. He took a longtime to get the vehicle. He handed me the keys and walked away. Wow... A few hours later when I returned to pick-up my car, the same unfriendly female greeter was there. Same unfriendly attitude. Just told me to go directly to the cashier. The cashier was, excuse my English, a real "s--t face". The type of person I would keep as far from customer contact as possible. Never made eye contact, smiled or knowledge me. Just grabbed my papers, turned around and walked to a box to get my bill. Came back and barked the amount. Handed me the paid documents and did not even say thank you. I went outside to the valet area to retrieve my vehicle. the same female greeter was still there. Took a good 5-10 minutes helping another customer, then approached me. Took my papers and said, "wait for your car over there", pointing to a specific area. You talk about total lack of customer service. I have never seen a Lexus dealership with such a low level of courtesy towards their customers. And I have used Lexus service centers since 1989, several in southern California, Seattle, Nashville and Las Vegas. More
