I have been having a horrible experience with the service department of this dealership. My car wouldn't start and they told me it was oil contamination. It cost me my insurance deductible for them to fix it department of this dealership. My car wouldn't start and they told me it was oil contamination. Only 1 week later I go to a different gas station and same exact thing, my car wouldn't start and they tell me it's gas contamination AGAIN!!! what are the odds of that!??? Since then, I have been waiting to hear back for 5 days...radio silence. The manager gave me an appointment and I was waiting for an hour and he never showed up!!! what kind of service is that!? IT IS TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL. At this point, I am too afraid to have them fix my car, I have no idea what's going on, and they keep me totally in the dark. More

Honestly I’m very disappointed by the whole Lexus service. It has a month of xxxx with my car. Ans been kept in the dark. I don’t even know what they repairing. Full detailed car cleaning It is unacceptable service at all. They charged me $171 for the full detailed car cleaning. They didn't wash carpet at all, there is still sand and dry leaves in the corners, dashboard is oily, everything is sticky . Horrible. 3 people were checking me in when I brought the car for the service and I got this terrible cleaning. I am in shock. The manager's name is Ed, and I am going to fight for returning my money back More

Service and General departments in this dealership are 2 separate “countries”. They havent done a car wash as promised on top of that and havent reimbursed a and General departments in this dealership are 2 separate “countries”. They havent done a car wash as promised on top of that and havent reimbursed any out of pocket costs occured because of miscommunication in dealership. had to wait a day to get my car back from $5k miles maintenance. People are friendly if you look like a buyer. More
