Worse experience I’ve ever had with Lexus. I walked into the dealer. They took 6 hours to test my car. I left and six hours later I got the same issue again. I have to wait 2 months for a part I walked into the dealer. They took 6 hours to test my car. I left and six hours later I got the same issue again. I have to wait 2 months for a part to be replaced and in the meantime I have a constant signal popping on my car stating: system malfunction. I feel unsafe driving the vehicle. More

I have been having a horrible experience with the service department of this dealership. My car wouldn't start and they told me it was oil contamination. It cost me my insurance deductible for them to fix it department of this dealership. My car wouldn't start and they told me it was oil contamination. Only 1 week later I go to a different gas station and same exact thing, my car wouldn't start and they tell me it's gas contamination AGAIN!!! what are the odds of that!??? Since then, I have been waiting to hear back for 5 days...radio silence. The manager gave me an appointment and I was waiting for an hour and he never showed up!!! what kind of service is that!? IT IS TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL. At this point, I am too afraid to have them fix my car, I have no idea what's going on, and they keep me totally in the dark. More

Service and General departments in this dealership are 2 separate “countries”. People are friendly if you look like a buyer. More
