Unexpectedly, I needed to buy a new car and immediately knew it would be another Subaru (my 3rd) and from this dealership. The sales experience is always low-key, no fuss and we got great deals every time. I had my first encounter with the Service Department when I tore the passenger side mirror off my 2012 Forester. I felt like an idiot but the service staff was very polite and conciliatory. The service area is comfortable, the staff is very courteous, and the repair was done perfectly. Truly the best place in Annapolis to buy a car. More
