Fantastic customer service! I was a little apprehensive walking into a dealer with two vehicles I was upside down on, but Mike and Eddie made it happen for me. From the moment I walked in Michael and Eddie made me feel welcomed and like a part of the family. Michael took his time to show me around the lot and I did not feel rushed at all. He showed me various types of cars that fit my lifestyle. I felt that by doing this he stood out amongst the rest because he actually took the time to listen to my needs. Not only did he listen, but he made things happen to the best of his ability in regards to what was in my budget range. Working with Mike was such hassle free and no pressure type of environment and I really appreciated it. What was also great was Michael's follow-up. Just like he said, he called me the next day to ensure that all of my needs had been met (they definitely were) and to clear up any questions that I might have had (which I didn't because Mike was so thorough). Eddie Ameron (General Manager) was also great and very pleasant to work with. He took time out to come and speak to me and actually try to get to know me...This definitely helped Planet Honda stand out among the rest because how many General Managers at Dealerships have you met and actually had a conversation with. His professionalism and friendliness definitely helps foster a great atmosphere at Planet Honda. Again that feeling of knowing the employees here for years and the comfort level they provided was superb. Awesome people and I will be coming back here again and again. From the initial greeting, all the way to driving out with our new van we were treated happily and enthusiastically. All of our questions were answered about the vehicles we were looking at, we never fel with our new van we were treated happily and enthusiastically. All of our questions were answered about the vehicles we were looking at, we never felt pressured or pressed for time. Sales Consultant Gercino Soares walked us through the sales process and showed us everything we need to know about our new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of everything. Finance person Sean O'mera also found us financing that was exactly what we needed, he told us of all the different options that were offered to us and allowed us to make the decisions that we felt was right for us. Eddy Amorin also worked with us and oversaw that everything went smoothly with our sale. I will certainly be buying me next car from Planet Honda in Union NJ as well. More
