I live within a 5 mile radius, but I have never purchased any of our Honda's from Planet. However, I decided to give it a try this time. Usually it takes you 5-6 hrs to purchase a car from a dealer, but I practically made my deal through email which was very quick, easy, and efficient since I do not have hours to waste at dealerships. Out of all the dealerships in the area, Shalitha was VERY VERY prompt with all correspondance--which ultimately led me to purchase the car from Planet. If it was not for her, I don't think I would have shopped there to begin with. Thank you for taking me seriously even though we mainly chatted via email. A+++++++++ When I visited the dealership, I highly recommend meeting with Mr. Henry Li. What an experienced salesman!! His knowledge definitely shows. I came at 9:15PM to purchase my car (remember the dealership closes at 9:30), and we closed the deal within 40 mins. He even came to pick me up from my house the next day on his day off so we can finish the paper work before getting the keys. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Henry Li. A+++++++++++++ Lastly, I dealt with Alex in the finance department. He was also a pleasure to deal with. Very honest individual, explained everything in detail. Was recommended to Planet Honda from a co-worker. He put me in touch with Eddie Amorin who listened to my needs with early termination of a lease. Eddie was extremely helpful and understood my needs. Eddie put me in touch with Frank Talarico who called me within minutes to set up everything prior to my visit. Two days later I was in the dealership where Frank was awaiting my visit at the door. My experience was cordial and non pressured. Everything we discussed on the phone was on paper with no differences of numbers. After signing a few papers I was brought over to the Finanace Dept. to meet with Margaret Cummings who was warm, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My overall experience was top notch from all above and I was in the car I wanted within an hour. I would highly recommend to my friends and co-workers Planet Honda for their next purchase or lease. I currently live in Flemington, NJ and I have been shopping around for my first lease. I went everywhere from Nissan in Flemington to Toyota in Bridgewater and so forth but no luck finding GOOD CUSTOM shopping around for my first lease. It’s very hard to walk into a dealership without feeling like you are getting a bad deal but that was not the case at Planet Honda. I was never rushed into buying the first car I saw, I even left that same day and came back for a couple of more test drives, then left and came back a week later. I was never told that if I didn’t buy the car that same night that I would not be able to get the deal I wanted (like Toyota did to me). The managers were wonderful, both Chigbo and Eddie were understanding with my situation and budget and gave me the best deal possible. Francis made sure that everything was perfect on the car when it was delivered to me. I have to say the same goes for Margaret in finance, she was very helpful in explaining to me every detail I needed to know about my first lease. One of the best dealerships when it comes to customer service so I will definitely be back in 2 years to get another lease from Planet Honda. More
