Started my vehicle buying journey at Burnsville Volkwagen by getting the crap scared out of me! Thought I had hit a car as I was going thru the lot, but was just Travis, the salesperson, tapping on my car l by getting the crap scared out of me! Thought I had hit a car as I was going thru the lot, but was just Travis, the salesperson, tapping on my car letting me know the dealership was closing for the evening! Meeting with him a few days later to purchase the vehicle was such a great experience. We all know that buying a vehicle is a bit time consuming, but between Travis Brockman, Eddie Clemens and all the other staff, it felt like I had sat down with old friends and enjoyed our conversation. I definalty give this store and staff 5 Stars! More
