He was funny and charming in the best way—like the kind of guy you’d want to grab a martini with after work. When I came in, the car was ready, and Jason was just as awesome in person. The whole process was smooth, low-pressure, and surprisingly fun. He answered all my questions, kept things light, and even seemed just as excited as I was when I finally drove off in my new Mustang. I originally came in looking at the Atlas Cross Sport, and even though that would have been a bigger sale for Vladimir, he never once pushed me toward it. Instead, he listened to what I really needed and made sure I stayed within my budget. That kind of honesty and care is rare in the car-buying world. Vladimir took the time to let me test drive several models and explained every feature of the VW Tiguan, which I ended up loving! It’s sporty, sharp-looking, and surprisingly spacious. I can easily fit two sets of golf clubs and my three Pomeranians with no problem. He even shared that he's a golfer himself, so he totally got how important that was to me. He also talked about how great the Tiguan is in Minnesota winters and how he’s owned three of them himself, which gave me even more confidence in my decision. I researched the vehicle I wanted, reached out to Luther VW Burnsville and was in touch with Luke within 10 minutes on a Wednesday night. By Thursday we had the financing figured out and on Friday I was driving my car home. Straightforward pricing and they were more than fair and accommodating on my lease I turned in (non-VW lease).
