Right from the start he worked out numbers so that there would be no surprises before I even looked at the vehicle I was interested in. He also took the time to go over a few other options. At no point was there any pressure. It was a very comfortable experience. I arrived to the dealership later in the evening after work. Eddie went above and beyond to make sure that I was compleatly satisfied with the vehicle that I was purchasing. Due to storms the vehicle needed to be buffed. Although it was almost closing time Eddie made sure the vehicle was buffed and cleaned to my satisfaction. He even worked some magic with the service department to squeeze in an oil change, and car wash on my previously purchased vehicle! Although it was Eddie's Birthday he stayed to make sure my sale was compleate past closing time, even at my urging him I was fine and he should head home. I really felt Eddie valued me as a customer. This was my second time working with Abe Alyassir in Finance. Abe is very friendly and personable. Abe also stayed past closing time to wrap up the paper work. I apprechiate that in both purchases I have made at this dealership Abe made sure I had the best coverage on my vehicle at the best price, and at a budget that I could be comfortable with. Over all this is a great dealership to work with from Sales, Finance, and Service. They offer loaner vehicles if your vehicle is being serviced. I will be back to purchase from Eddie and Abe again! More

Just leased my 2nd vehicle from M'lady and both times they have outperformed other dealers and exceeded my expectations with the pricing and the overall deal they were able to put together. With the lease on my '16 Murano coming to an end, Eddie Colville from M'lady contacted me to check if I would be interested in getting the last payments on my lease waived and lease a new vehicle. I had what I thought was a losing hand - being significantly over on miles on my current lease, having some wear and tear costs, and having some finance/credit issues all working against me. This is where working with the right people make a difference. Eddie told me needed to check a couple things and would call me back. 15 min later he called confirming he had solutions for my finance issues and assured me he wouldn't waste my time if I made the trip to come see him. I arrived at 9AM and drove out with my new lease a couple hours later- and with a total lease cost that was lower than Nissan's advertised lease rate! I truly credit Eddie Colville for this outcome. That was the first time I'd worked with him, but I think he said he'd been there for 15+ years and his experience and knowledge is what made it possible to navigate around and solve all the complicating factors I threw at him. More importantly, he clearly takes pride in his work, means what he says, and delivers on what he promises. I live just outside the Chicago city limits, but after shopping all Chicagoland Nissan dealers I'm happy to drive an hour each way to deal with M'lady. More

"I've bought 3 new and will continue with M'Lady" I bought 2 new frontiers from M'Lady I loved them both but this time I needed a car. I called up Eddie Colville and told Eddie I needed something real I bought 2 new frontiers from M'Lady I loved them both but this time I needed a car. I called up Eddie Colville and told Eddie I needed something really good on gas, I got a new job and im traveling an hour to and from work this truck is sucking up the fuel. Can you get me out of this truck and into a car? Eddie said we have 4 left over 2018 Altima,s on the lot that have a $5000 rebate they get close to 40 mpg I said thats exactly what im looking for. I told Ed I had a little problem. I owe more than the truck was worth because I traded my last frontier a little to early and my credit wasnt the greatest at that time and i took a hit on interest rates. I live an hour away from Mlady and I wanted to see if the deal could be made before driving over there. (yes I will drive an hour to do business with them because they are that good, we have a nissan dealer 10 min from my house that cant make these deals!) Ed Colville called me back the next day and gave me the good news. The deal can be made with my wife and I both on the note and a small amount of cash down. The deal was done! we set up a time to sign the papers, we drove over there, the Altima was exactly as described the deal was exactly what we planned. I love this dealership. M"Lady will always have my business and Eddie Colville can get the deal done!!! More

I began to think that I was chasing something a bit out of my league, until I was introduced to M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, 60014. I had been speaking with Eddie Colville a week prior to financing my first car, and I can say that he went above and beyond to make sure that I walked out of the dealership a smile on my face! Eddie's amazing work ethic was apparent when he came up with a plan that would work for me. I give him 100% in being a great salesman. He asked so many questions and made sure his coworkers were on the same page, and went out of his way to explain everything in ways that were easy for me to understand. I had walked out that day in a 2017 Nissan Sentry. That man blessed me! I am glad I had followed his advice, he really did guide me in the right direction and I couldn't be any more happier. I walked in without an appointment and he assisted asap. Jim M'Lady was having a taco day so there was a vendor there that was making fresh tacos. It was awesome! Bought a car and had 3 delicious fresh tacos for lunch! Eddie helped me make sure that I got the right deal for my needs. He went over everything in detail. He even brought over the GM (Mir) to assist. I took a test drive and decided I wanted this car. 2 hours later I was out the door in my new car, filled with a full tank of gas and cleaned. I even get free oil changes at Jim M'Lady for the Altima! Free car washes also. Eddie brought me water, had lunch with me and we went for a ride. Overall great experience. The finance portion went quickly. I would go back and recommend this dealership to all! 10 Stars to Jim M'Lady and its crew. Thank you Eddie and Mir!! More
