We worked with Eddie Colville, Leasing Manager, and he was great. He was prepared for our appointment with buy-out information for our current lease as we had requested, as well as with information and pricing on a new vehicle. He was efficient, while being thorough, as he zeroed in on our wish list and showed us options, and he's clearly a straight shooter - to the point, no run-around - which was appreciated. Once we settled on a new vehicle, we worked with Abe Alyassir, Finance Manager, who was wonderful. He was thorough and efficient, but also very personable and relatable. He made the process of signing paperwork enjoyable! We will definitely return to M'Lady Nissan in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I received a phone call from Eddie Colville telling me my lease would be up in a couple months and I should come in and talk about an early return and getting a new lease. My appointment was the next day so I didn't have time to get anyone to come with me. I bravely walked in and was met at the door by Eddie. He was very easy to talk to and took great care of me. I got a beautiful Nissan Rogue. I was in and out in a couple hours, This was my second lease from M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake and I hope to see Eddie again in 3 years. Wonderful experience!! More

We started with Eddie, who was very knowledgeable and clearly explained all of our purchase options. We were then taken and introduced to Sal, who is the Service Manager. He made sure our vehicle was in their "system". Scott, in Customer Service explained the Payment Partner Program and finally Abe, the Finance Manager, tied everything together with the vehicle purchase while we discussed interesting stories about historical events. Spent several months talking to Eddie and he was honest made sure the best deal was there for me or he would not do it. Most sales people are pushy but found Eddie to be the man of his word and really was a great process. Also do the finance paper work was quick and no selling me the kitchen sink with stuff don't need to raise payments. I thought I'd never be able to have one. I went to M"Lady for an oil change on the Altima we had leased from them. We then went to the front and looked at all the new cars. Where did we end up? Right by the Nissan Rogue. Everyone asked if they could help as they always do. We said no just looking. My sister and I knew we could not afford it. We stopped in by Rand Del Rosario to say hello. He had helped with our first car.There is where we met Eddie Colville. He was very nice, sociable and friendly. He treated us with respect. He didn't discriminate because of our age. He said he could help us. Eddie Coville makes you feel at ease was very easy to talk to. My sister is the brave one and she told him to show us what he could do. Eddi worked hard with MIR Ali and came up with an offer that made our heads spin. We could not refuse. We got our SUV Rogue. Ir was right in our budget. I was so thankful that he was there. I met quite a few great people that day. Another was Scot Ryan. He helped us to decide on what was the best protection plan for us. He explained everything. He also treated us with respect. Quick, easy and painless! Great car buying experience!!! My car that I have had since college recently died last week. I had been saving cars on the cars.com app and looking around dealerships in the area. O My car that I have had since college recently died last week. I had been saving cars on the cars.com app and looking around dealerships in the area. One of the cars that I had saved was a Hyundai Elantra from M'Lady Nissan in Chrystal Lake. My mom and I had decided that we would go car shopping today (Saturday) and do some test driving. We started by going to a smaller local dealership closer to home (Southeastern WI). The Sales guy had us a drive a few different cars - we told him up front that I had a budget that I wanted to stick with and there was a certain amount of miles I wanted to stay under. Although we explained this multiple times, we kept getting pushed towards cars that were out of my budget and not what I was looking for. We were getting tired and although M'Lady Nissan was out of the way, I really wanted to see the Hyundai. M'Lady set themselves apart from the other dealerships right from the beginning. When I inquired about the car through the Cars.com app the night before, I received an email right away saying that although they were closed for the night, they would be in contact with me when they opened. That morning I received another email from a sales rep onsite who had more details on the car, encouraging me to call and speak with him if I had any questions or was interested in coming in. I then called and said we would be on our way but it would take an hour to get there. They called about 15 minutes before we arrived and said they would have the car waiting for us out front - which they did! Eddie took such great care of us!! He didn't beat around the bush with us - he was very upfront and honest and helped us pin point exactly what it was that we were looking for. We test drove the Hyundai but after telling Eddie that I drove over 2 hours, 100 miles every day for work, he said I would be much better off in a safer more reliable car. He got me an amazing deal on a 2017 Nissan Sentra with only 3,000 miles and gets up to 40 MPG. I was so happy that we ended up making the trip to M'Lady Nissan! We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Quick, easy and painless - unlike other experiences I've had buying cars! I will definitely be coming back and referring others to M'Lady Nissan!! More

I ALWAYS go to Eddie Colville and Mir Ali when leasing/purchasing my cars. They make the entire process extremely easy and smooth and I always leave there every 2-3 years with a brand new car, the payment I want and the extra things I request. This is a dealership that I go to get my new cars by myself without my husband because of the relationship I have been able to build with Eddie, Mir and Bryan, knowing that they will take the utmost care of me. In addition, Eddie goes out of his way to continue to keep in contact with me throughout the years to make sure I am happy with my vehicle and continues to answer all of my texts/calls for any questions about my lease or car any time I ask. In addition, Eddie will assist me in researching the best fit of a car for me and makes it work so that I can have ALL the additional things I want, at the payment i'm comfortable with. Needless to say, I always leave hugging Eddie, Mir and Bryan as they make the car buying process not only easy but fun. I love you guys!!!! More
