Would never go anywhere else! I left M’Lady Nissan last night with a beautiful 2017 Nissan Rogue. I dealt with Eddie Colville, yet again, and Mir Ali, General Manager and can’t sa I left M’Lady Nissan last night with a beautiful 2017 Nissan Rogue. I dealt with Eddie Colville, yet again, and Mir Ali, General Manager and can’t say how much I appreciate their willingness to work with me and help find solutions that allow us to close the deals. This is my 2nd lease, but 3rd car purchased and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else or dealing with any other person. Eddie shoots from the hip and I have never felt taken advantage of like I have at other dealerships. Eddie wants to make sure you’re walking away with the car you want and will do whatever he can to make sure it happens. He shows you your options in black and white and I have never felt pressure to buy more than I can afford. I really feel that Eddie genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they are completely happy when they walk out that door. For that reason, I refer all my friends and family to him. I don’t have a doubt in my mind that they will be treated with same kindness and respect that he treats me with. I have 100% confidence in Eddie and appreciate everything he has done over the years to help me get into the cars I have wanted. Julie L More

Masters of the "Bait and Switch" f I would have known I would have been scammed. I would have waited on the purchase of my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. Saw the vehicle online f I would have known I would have been scammed. I would have waited on the purchase of my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. Saw the vehicle online advertised as a E-price for $36,551. I had been doing some reasearch and found this was the best bang for my buck. I called the dealership to verify the vehicle was still in stock and checking that the price is accurate. I was advised by the sales man Brian that it was. I advised I was driving there from chicago to look at the vehicle. He says he was going to clean it and allow me to take a test drive. Get to dealership and car was very dusty on the outside but I still wanted the vehicle despite it needed washed. When purchasing the vehicle he advises that that price was only good for college graduates and only good for financing only. I advised I wanted to purchase vehicle with cash for that same price. So no credit check would be needed. Since I was paying cash he decided to bait and switch me and tells me the price just went up on that vehicle within the minutes I was there at the dealership and I ended up paying 39512.00 with taxes 42467.90. I advised him the ad specified nothing about this being a college graduate and financing option. He says it doesn’t specify but it was a fact that it was the price he was gonna give me a deal and cut the price down. He never did. After taking their online survey. I received phone calls from the dealership literally going off on me because I have him and the dealership bad reviews. They called me yelling and told me that I got the vehicle for below the MSRP price. I advised that’s not the same price and hung up on the manager finance director and a separate time with the leasing agent Eddie. I will hire an attorney and contact the news media to report this dealership and their con ways. They need to give me almost 3000.00 back on the bait and switch deal they made. Very dissatisfied!!! More

Hurricane Relief Three years ago, we moved from Algonquin to West Palm Beach, FL. We had never experienced a hurricane; however, that changed as Hurricane Irma was he Three years ago, we moved from Algonquin to West Palm Beach, FL. We had never experienced a hurricane; however, that changed as Hurricane Irma was heading our way. Due to the severity of the storm, we decided to head back home to stay with my parents in Island Lake. So, on September 7th, we hastily packed our 2000 Chevy Suburban with our children, dog, and most precious belongings and headed north. Within a few hours, we realized that our Suburban may not have enough life left to take us the 1700 miles we needed to travel, but we pressed on through the night. Traffic was horrible as we, and 6 million of our closest Floridians, drove for hours on end, searching for enough gas and resources to carry us on our journey. We had decided to drive straight through as hotel occupancy was scarce; however, we misjudged the amount of time we would spend on the road. Our faithful ride was not made for this type of trip, and after a grueling 36 hour drive our bodies were screaming for relief. After arriving at our destination on September 9th, we knew it was time to purchase a new vehicle...something more appropriate for our needs. Sleep deprived and sore, we headed over to MLady Nissan where we were greeted by Eddie Colville. He was very sympathetic to our situation and wasted no time in showing us the car we had been looking at. The entire process was seamless and we felt that every person who helped us, had our best interest at heart. We left the dealership feeling secure in our purchase, and confident that we would make it back to Florida in the comfort of our new and safe Armada. Hurricane Irma devastated Florida, but we are thankful that we sustained minimal damage to our property. Thank you Eddie, Scott, and Bryan for helping us through a difficult time. We would recommend MLady Nissan to any of our friends and family. More

Great dealership to lease a car from Leased for the third time with the assistance of Eddie Colville and I couldn't be happier. I was over my mileage by a considerable amount, but Eddie Leased for the third time with the assistance of Eddie Colville and I couldn't be happier. I was over my mileage by a considerable amount, but Eddie found a reasonable payment for me to drive away in a new Rogue. I am enjoying the Rogue. It is greatly improved from the 2012 Rogue I leased.
