He is the gold standard for customer care, superior product knowledge, patience and listening to buyers' needs. Being 74 years old, I have bought and leased a lot of cars in my life. This was the smoothest transaction I have ever had and I left with a MUCH more upgraded car at lower cost than I expected. My new car is loaded with technology which is overwhelming to me. Eddie did a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and suggested I come back so he can review all of the technology benefits of the car. This is a gesture of true customer focus, certainly something I desperately need and truly makes me feel like a valued client. M'Lady should be the first stop for anybody looking for a new car!
