I leased my first car from Hugo in 2014 and have since bought 4 brand new cars from MLady. I love that when I go to MLady they all remember me and know that I dont handle making the decision in a rush. Be bought 4 brand new cars from MLady. Being a woman and going to a dealership can be intimidating but I feel that I always walk out feeling like I got the best deal. I also feel that when I go through the closing of the deal, I never feel pressure for all the add-ons. But they always take care of me and help me consider what is best and go off previous purchases. Eddie Colville This was the simplest & easiest time buying a car. My husband had surgery on his foot & couldn’t walk without a walker. I was looking for a vehicle and color that was out of stock at Janesville Nissan. I spoke with Eddie Colville with MLady Nissan in Crystal Lake and he was able to find me the vehicle and color that I wa stock at Janesville Nissan. I spoke with Eddie Colville with MLady Nissan in Crystal Lake and he was able to find me the vehicle and color that I was looking for and get it to the dealership in a reasonable time. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable about the Vehicle that I was looking at. He was very upfront and to the point with the purchasing process which I appreciate. He spoke very highly of MLady Nissan and the service offered at this location even following the purchase of a vehicle.
