I have been a customer of this dealership for more than 12 years. When Hall took over everything changes. The sales team- Adrian- was amazing. So careful to really listen to me in regards to the vehicle and the financing. So kind and caring to make sure everything went smoothly. The service department rocks too- shout out to Chris Cooley!! Super thorough and patient with the times I needed to reschedule as I live super far from this dealership but worth the trip! Lizzie in the office and assistant to Adrien... what can I say? She is amazing too. Helping me find my car and always so pleasant and funny. Nothing but good things to say here! I love this dealership! Thank you Hall Tram!❤️ More

Buyer BEWARE! Purchased a vehicle and was told my tag would be transferred from old to new vehicle. State DMV advised that tag transfer cannot happen without their receipt of bill of sale, title applicat would be transferred from old to new vehicle. State DMV advised that tag transfer cannot happen without their receipt of bill of sale, title application and proof of insurance otherwise tag would be suspended. I reached out to Hall Honda, via phone, email and text two days ago only to get response today after DMV is closed for the holidays and my tag suspension date is this Sunday. I have one of the three items needed and kindly asked Hall Honda if they would provide the other two so that I can fax documents, so, at the least when I contact DMV on Monday they will have the documents in their possession. At the very least I would think Hall Honda would gladly provide these documents, as it is clear that they dropped the ball on this one. I will blow up all your social media outlets with all emails I sent and text message that went out to you well before the DMV offices closed on today. More
