Starting with Eddie, he was incredibly friendly and really helped ease my nerves about the whole process, since I was a first-time buyer. He made it clear early on that he was there to work with me so we could both leave the conversation happy and content with the deal we agreed on. Eddie left for a little bit so Kimmy could come over and talk about the various protective services that were available. I appreciate that she was not trying to pressure me into getting anything and instead was going over each option in detail, letting me know the practical usage of each one. Lastly, I talked with Premo to finalize the purchase. He made the procedure pretty straightforward, easy to understand, answered any questions I had, and did what he could to make it go as smooth as possible. The Camaro I wanted was very specific and not something Naperville Chevy had in their inventory so Eddie drove all the way to the border of Iowa (over 4 hour roundtrip) just to get the car I wanted. The process of purchasing the Camaro was quick and simple. I only spent about 2 hours in the dealership total from selecting my Camaro to discussing financing, signing the paperwork and I was on the road and in my garage. Although it was fairly busy on the beautiful January Saturday, they never rushed me and took their time to make sure I had all of the information I needed. There was a very small incident where the license plate frames were damaged during the transfer process to the new vehicle, but Eddie and team were very happy to refund me the purchase price of the license plate frames. I am very happy with my new Volt and I would recommend anyone to work with them in the future. Thanks again! More
