There was a very small incident where the license plate frames were damaged during the transfer process to the new vehicle, but Eddie and team were very happy to refund me the purchase price of the license plate frames. I am very happy with my new Volt and I would recommend anyone to work with them in the future. Thanks again! More

When I arrived at the dealership Ed Dones was my salesman and the deal was just as I was quoted. I was at two other dealerships a week earlier and they beat their deals by a lot. Excellent Pre-Owned buying experience. I bought a pre owned vehicle from Naperville Chevy and they handled it wonderfully. I'd found vehicle on Autotrader and when I got there the tag on th I bought a pre owned vehicle from Naperville Chevy and they handled it wonderfully. I'd found vehicle on Autotrader and when I got there the tag on the mirror had a higher price, but they promptly said the price had been lowered and the tag had not been updated. This was much better than a different dealership that quoted me $1000 more than what they had listed online before they realized I'd seen the online listing. Naperville Chevy had put over 700 dollars in maintenance into the vehicle before selling it, and they were willing to work with me on some other work I wanted done as part of the sale. More

I was looking for 5 weeks and was car shopping weary. Tired of salesmen, tired of the back and forth, tired of feeling i was being taken advantage of and not really feeling great about anything i was seeing. Then I went to Naperville Chevrolet and Eddie spent a lot of time with us and really worked with getting us everything we wanted. What he couldn't do he escalated to Amin for further assistance. The whole group actually worked like a well oiled machine whose main concern was our happiness not the immediate sale. Never felt any pressure to get something i wasn't 100% sold on. Instead they just worked harder to get me exactly what i wanted. Very refreshing for a car dealership. I will refer all friends and family to this group. Thanks so much! More
