Loved the closing process I give it only 3 stars because they gave me a higher trim - faster car to test drive than I was intending to buy. I was getting a 2.0 A6, and they gav I give it only 3 stars because they gave me a higher trim - faster car to test drive than I was intending to buy. I was getting a 2.0 A6, and they gave me 3.0 A6 to drive ( but told me it was 2.0) They only admitted their wrong when I confronted them by asking Vin number of test vehicle to verify. Very sleazy sales tactics in my opinion. Other than that, I enjoyed buying experience. Closing process was also fast and easy. My sales associate, Isabela, was amazing. More
