There were some problems with the certification checklist involving inaccurate information which was signed off on by the Audi tech. I always thought those cert. checklists were bogus and this experience proved it. They just check all the boxes on the cert. form and wella, a perfect used Audi. The dealership more than made up for this mishap though. I am a happy customer. More

OK service but missed a couple of details Took my A5 for 30k service. The service was conducted within a reasonable time window (1.5 hrs) considering the number of customers. At the end I did not receive a summary providing status of regular maintenace items such as brake pad life left, tire thread life, battery status, etc. I was told that should have been sent through the text messaging service or email sent after service, but that never arrived. Apparently, the technician had issues sending it; although in that case seems to me that is more of a reason to provide a written template with such information. Also, driving the car home, when I turned the ignition off, the reminder that the oil needs to be changed is still there. Little things that are easily addressable but that you would not expect a luxury car dealer to miss. More
