Great experience. Actually quite stress-free. My sales person Mike was excellent. No pressure. Never over promised. He represented the dealership and Audi in such a professional manner. 5 stars f My sales person Mike was excellent. No pressure. Never over promised. He represented the dealership and Audi in such a professional manner. 5 stars for Mike. There were some problems with the certification checklist involving inaccurate information which was signed off on by the Audi tech. I always thought those cert. checklists were bogus and this experience proved it. They just check all the boxes on the cert. form and wella, a perfect used Audi. The dealership more than made up for this mishap though. I am a happy customer. More
