Car Damaged during Repair/Dishonest General Manager, Chuck W I purchased a brand new car from this dealership 5 months ago. For my first service, I brought my vehicle back here for its first service. Upon picku I purchased a brand new car from this dealership 5 months ago. For my first service, I brought my vehicle back here for its first service. Upon pickup of my vehicle, I noticed the front end of my car was hit and not one staff member thought to bring this to my attention, There was no empathy shown at the time of discovery. Nonetheless, I emailed the GM, Chuck Wallace. He appeared to be genuine and honest; however, I soon learne was all deception. Chuck offered to buy my vehicle back after the damage- this was a lie. Chuck offered to provide me with a written letter after the damage- this never occurred. Most portsbrjt, Chuck lied about who he took my vehicle to, for the repair.
