Nothing but trouble from the start with this dealership. I went to purchase my first car here in 2019, and bought the most expensive warranty for my car. When the A/C became faulty (blowing warm air, to not blowing at all) I decided to take it to this dealership because this was the one I purchased it at. After claiming to have driven it rigorously for multiple days, they came to the conclusion that everything was in “perfect working order.” Frustrated, I went to pick the car up to see what our other options may be. Come to find out that even with my warranty still in tact, I was charged over $170 for services that did not even address the problem. This part is the cherry on top—when I drove the car off the lot, the A/C continued its now normal problem of blowing warm air to none at all. Seems to me that they didn’t really bother to address anything at all! Needless to say, I will not be buying another Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler—and I will NEVER conduct business with this dealership ever again. I will also be telling everyone that will listen how slimy this dealership is to deal with. If I could leave zero stars, I would. More
