I knew I wanted to purchase a used Toyota Highlander. Not just because we needed something bigger for the family but because we also trusted in the reliability and the safety of Toyota. What I didn’t expect was how well the Toyota staff would take care of us. I just wanted to test drive the vehicle before I made my final decision on the Highlander I had no intent to buy that day since I was there with my 2 year old and my newborn and both were not happy. However after spending sometime with Fin and Edwin and without feeling pressured we ran my credit just to see what I was working with( I was worries my credit was still a work in progress) they found a lender that gave me a really good deal and I drove the vehicle home that day. Fin got me way more for my trade in then I was expecting. The staff took care of my wife and kids while I handle the paperwork. They provided juice and snacks to my tantruming 2 year old. The day was long and tough but the Toyota staff made it easier and more comfortable for me and my family. We will definitely be returning for our future vehicular needs. More
