Everyone was great except for finance department. After not accepting the maintenance program, his demeanor changed towards us and was not friendly. For this reason, we will not recommend family and friend not accepting the maintenance program, his demeanor changed towards us and was not friendly. For this reason, we will not recommend family and friends to Toyota of Lancaster. We were trying to keep our business within the AV. We were also promised the all weather floor mats which later after the deal was made, sales team said they couldn’t follow through with request. More

We bought a used car and the sales manager was trying to make us pay for extras that were already on the car, like the alarm and a couple other things. He added it on top of the price. Tried to brush it off make us pay for extras that were already on the car, like the alarm and a couple other things. He added it on top of the price. Tried to brush it off as if it was normal charges. I stopped him in the middle when I figured it out. Cancelled the deal the dealer called us back and apologized and included everything for the price we had settled. I would never buy another car from them. We felt violated, con-ed. They talked to us like we didn’t know anything as if we were uneducated. We have bought a lot of cars and this is the first experience like this. Then I called the finance manager the next day and she was more belittling than the sales manager. She told me “you got what you wanted so what’s the problem.” The problem is they were trying to scam us. Very unprofessional. More

I first went in for a oil change. I told the girl what I wanted a oil change and a key replacement. I waited literally all day then they call me saying it’s ready. I go and said oh how was the car ?? He sai wanted a oil change and a key replacement. I waited literally all day then they call me saying it’s ready. I go and said oh how was the car ?? He said oh we never did the oil change ? Then reseted my oil sensor . Okay so I go again ! Horrible ! My first oil change and they say there is crack in my engine !! I just bought the car less then 5 months ago ! Looking for a attorney!!! I have bought many cars from here ! Never again ! They sold me a piece of xxxx and the service horrible !!!! The female tried arguing it’s my fault there was crack In the engine ! When there people reset my oil light instead of doing there job !!! Then sold me a piece xxxx that now there saying no warranty !! How could let a car off your lot with a engine crack !!!! More
