I drove to Brandon Honda in 2019 and had a bad experience but let me tell you that the second time around I met with a manager called Mr. Allen Hicks and he was awesome he gave me a salesman called Eddie Gua but let me tell you that the second time around I met with a manager called Mr. Allen Hicks and he was awesome he gave me a salesman called Eddie Guadalupe. During our search for a vehicle we encountered the sales representative named Eddie. Eddie was by far the most professional, courteous, passionate, personable, and enthusiastic person we had the pleasure to representative named Eddie. Eddie was by far the most professional, courteous, passionate, personable, and enthusiastic person we had the pleasure to meet. He assisted us with our search and met all of our needs and even went above and beyond by personally cleaning a potential vehicle that we were looking at as well as offering us some delicious treats to make us feel more welcomed. When it comes to car buying it can be a very stressful process and I can honestly say that Eddie made the process much smoother and less hectic. Further, Eddie is a true professional in his job and it is very evident. He explained everything seamlessly and ensured that we understood anything without leaving us in any confusion. Prior to meeting Eddie, we had a prior sales representatives that was very unwelcoming and came of in a very condescending manner towards us as customers. Overall, Eddie's unmatched service was what made us stay in Honda, we were contemplating on not returning as our previous two interactions were distasteful. In the future, if I ever recommend anyone to go to Honda, I will specifically recommend them to ask for Eddie. All in all, we did not leave with a car however, we were still very pleased to have had Eddie assist us and guide us without any pressure, or misguidance in any fashion and only provide us with absolute respect. I had a 2009 Honda Accord and was in a okay shape , after service for tires and alignment. Service representative advise me of issues of the vehicle that I would need to consider as urgent or extremely impor service for tires and alignment. Service representative advise me of issues of the vehicle that I would need to consider as urgent or extremely important to repair. Not knowing exactly what to do, I started to just see what’s out there. After a few hits the Brandon Honda started to send request, since I been with Eddie of 3 cars , he hits me up. Asking me what haven’t I reached out. I told him I wasn’t thinking of pulling the trigger so I didn’t want to waste his time. He responded with “if you need a car, no time is wasted”. After explaining and expressing my concerns and hindsight, Eddie asks me if he can help , what all I need. After telling my wants and needs and also a few demands due to my situation, Eddie comes back before 5pm with a “congratulations” on a newer car. I called B.S. cause how is it possible with what I’m dealing with. Eddie was spot on. If I backed out, I wasted his time. He checked off everything and then some. I went by the dealer and took longer to get there then to sign paperwork. He sent everything by text , all legit proof, the day before. I asked for the bottom number , he gave me all confirmed responses… Looking where I was , to where I am, to where I’m going. The car he picked and deal he presented was nothing but on point. Blessed more then I was attending for. Big ups to Eddie. More
