Went to pick up a truck from Service on a Friday, spotted a truck in the lot. Called the next day. Eddie provided exceptional customer experience, did a deal over the phone, collected that truck Saturday, th a truck in the lot. Called the next day. Eddie & Keith worked hard to get me the best deals possible. This is my first experience buying from Shottenkirk but have used the service center in the past. They do not do what they say they will do. ,Suppose to have it all cleaned up from a 10 day trip out west, my wife and I go pick it up, it's smokes all the way to Blairsville, the dipstick i ,Suppose to have it all cleaned up from a 10 day trip out west, my wife and I go pick it up, it's smokes all the way to Blairsville, the dipstick in the oil was 6 inches approximately left sticking up, blew oil all over my 2022 Ford raptor. I tell them, they come pick ot up, keep it for 2 days, bring it back, still not cleaned up, oil still under the truck, on part of the dipstick, oil on bolt heads, oil on the undercarriage, oil on the bumper, tail pipes. trailer hitch, very unprofessional, I was very upset after promises from the sales department. They said they would mail me a check to have it cleaned up by whom I wanted, Shottenkirk Ford lost my respect , More
