After the sale update… the 2024 QX80 didn’t get delivered on time. I had to drive 2.5 hours to meet the delivery driver so my wife and I would not miss a full day of our anniversary vacation. The vehicle looked like one of my teenagers cleaned it, though my teenagers could have probably done a better job. No paperwork on the ceramic or maintenance. The vehicle listed as CPO but then they charge to activate it. Never heard of that before. The vehicle came with only one key FOB, something they failed to mention. $600 for one of those. Took the vehicle to Willis Infinity in Clive, IA. They pulled the maintenance log for me. It wasn’t up to date. I also bought another key fob and paid for programming. Spoke with Anthony at Orland Park on May 27th about my frustrations in regards to the timeline in which I received the vehicle and sales process. Anthony said he’d send a $200 check for the inconvenience. Haven’t seen that either. Hopefully I get plates but I’m less than confident on that being a smooth process as they never gave me info. If there’s a ball that can be dropped with this transaction they seem to spike it. More

Beginning of the sale process started off good. All down hill from there. What was supposed to be a nice anniversary gift turned into an inconsiderate, non-apologetic delay of not only the gift but also delayed departure for our trip. Maybe they’re decent in person purchase? I wouldn’t recommend for purchase and delivery. They simply don’t seem to care once they have your commitment and money. I still have no idea what company is delivering the vehicle, when it will depart or when it will arrive. I’m truly sick to my stomach and feel like a sucker. As a salesperson myself, it’s also infuriating. More

Epitome of a bad car salesman- kept playing games and changing the term sheet everytime I looked at it. Talking pricing strategy in front of my wife and I like we couldn't hear or existed. Tried to low ball me on my trade using cheesy cliche phrases. Walked out and went to Carmax, recieved 6X for my trade and bought a new car in les than 1.5 hours. If Eddy is involved run out of this delaership!! More

Questionable business practices. $2000 Lojack added to price without pre approval, I was not told of the cost prior to signing the contract. Went back to have contract rewritten and initially they refused. Provided information that what they did was illegal. A new contract was written and a limited warranty package was added instead. Miraculously the interest rate was reduced. Was given a small box when I originally bought the car, I thought it was a 2nd key fob but it was a cheap pen and keychain! Went back again to ask about this, was told the cost for the key was $230, they would do it for their cost. I expected much more from a high end dealership in a very nice suburb of Chicago. My daughter bought her car there 2 yrs before so I asked about their referral program a few times, it's been almost a month and Im still waiting to hear from them. I checked with my daughter and she also was not told of the cost of the Lojack. I won't be referring anyone there. There was also a long wait for the finace person. When will dealerships realize most people research cars before they buy and don't want all the back and forth of the deal! More
