Professional and easy going I walked into the dealership looking for a Verano. Turns out, GM doesn't make those any more. Well I spoke with Andrew, who asked me what I was lookin I walked into the dealership looking for a Verano. Turns out, GM doesn't make those any more. Well I spoke with Andrew, who asked me what I was looking for and showed me what was on the lot. He didn't waste my time showing me vehicles I wasn't interested in or try to convince me to buy new. The process was easy and felt very relaxed. The only sales angle I recognized was the policy of letting you test drive overnight. But hey, at least you can take the vehicle around for a bit and actually get a feel without the salesman breathing down your neck. 4 out 5 because nothing is perfect, but Master Buick does it pretty close. Even showing up last minute to initiailize and finalize a purchase, with two kids under 6, didn't change the staff's mood. More
